Pessima esperienza, acquistato kit pannelli inverter e batteria da 2600€, batteria ricevuta usata riverniciata in male modo per coprire i segni di utilizzo, graffi lucidati a mano su vernice opaca, vi lascio immaginare. Supporto inesistente, è trascorso più di un mese ma non mi hanno cambiato la batteria, offrono 50 euro di rimborso da spendere sul loro sito. Sconsiglio vivamente, ho affidato tutto al mio legale per il reso totale che non vogliono darmi.

Balcony Solar kit not delivered. SEUR courier ranged through many excuses. Robinsun were polite but useless. Some 25 email interactions later and no delivery action, I had to get my lawyer to intervene before my money was returned.

J'ai commandé un kit de panneaux solaires plug & play. Le kit est arrivé dans les délais annoncés. Tout fonctionne parfaitement, et je peux suivre ma production avec l'application.
Le kit (panneau + onduleur + système de fixation sur le toit) est arrivé sans instructions d'installation. J'ai dû m'armer de patience et de tutos pour l'installer correctement. Mais après cela, je suis ravi de mon achat.

We ordered the solar boiler kit and were excited to receive it, as my husband did a ton of research and it looked like just what we wanted. Unfortunately, we discovered that we need a new roof before we can install the panels, which we can't afford right now. So the day after we received the kit, we had to send it back. It was depressing, but the staff on WhatsApp and via email were so so helpful and friendly and we were refunded the full amount after the shipment got back to the warehouse. ¡Gracias Milagro y Frida! xx

No contestan a los emails. Hice un deposito de 200 euros y me enviaron un email entre mas de 30 diciendo que pagara el resto . No lo vi y ahora me dicen que en las condiciones de compra ponia que si no pagaba el resto no me devolvian los 200 euros del deposito.
Ademas he visto que hay otros portales que venden la bateria evenus mas barata que ellos.

The shipment is now 6 weeks late. They answer emails once in 3 weeks. They say that DSV has lost the shipment, but that company says, that they haven´t got the shipment from Robinsun. I am thinking, when should I contact credit card- company to get my 1450e back.

Muy satisfecho con el kit on grid de 800W, dá unos 600W en las horas de mayor incidencia solar encarado al sur sin inclinación (plano al suelo). Solo que al embalaje a pesar que llegó en perfecto estado le faltaría un poco de refuerzo en las esquinas. Llegó mucho antes de lo esperado.

I bought a TSUN Micro Inverter from Robinsun. All went really well for the first 10 days until the inverter failed. I contacted Robinsun asking for a replacement or a refund. I was referred to TSUN and they took me through extensive and rigorous testing procedures, disconnecting the PV's (on the roof of the house) and reconnecting time and again (5 times), uninstalling the reinstalling the app, sending photographs and videos etc. Eventually (some 2 weeks later) TSUN admitted that the inverter was at fault and instructed Robinsun to send out a replacement. No one should have to do this after just 10 days of use. The inverter should have been replaced within days of my complaint and request. Now people may say this was TSUN who made my life difficult but my purchase contract wasn't with TSUN but with Robinsun who offered a guarantee period of at least 12 months.

Ordine #RS3593. Kit 2000 acquistato il 10 aprile 2026. Pacco ricevuto dopo oltre 2 settimane (29 Aprile) perché il corriere non riusciva a contattarmi dicendo che mancava il numero di telefono. Al di là di questo il bancale consegnato era imballato male e il quarto pannello posto direttamente a contatto aveva 3 lesioni puntiformi dovute a perforazione di chiodi. Contatto immediatamente l'assistenza che mi promette un ricambio dopo un sollecito da parte mia di avere informazioni. Ricevo con BRT un altro pannello, anche questa volta praticamente distrutto durante il trasporto perché non imballato con protezioni e spedito direttamente nella sua sottilissima scatola. Contatto di nuovo e non ricevo più risposta dal giorno 13 Maggio. Oggi, giorno della recensione è il 26. Ho inoltrato richiesta a Klarna di interrompere pagamenti fino a quando il problema non sarà risolto. In ogni caso per il momento l'azienda non merita più di una stella perché i disguidi possono accadere ma la cattiva e assente comunicazione oltre che la gestione pessima della spedizione di prodotti così delicato non è per niente buona. Mi riservo di aggiornare la recensione in futuro qualora l'azienda risolvesse il problema ma per ora questa resta la mia valutazione.

Aggiornamento del 27/05
Sono stato contattato dalla società e mi è stato detto che mi verrà sostituito il pannello danneggiato. Al momento salgo a 3 stelle sulla fiducia con promessa di aggiornamento non appena avrò tra le mani la sostituzione. Mi dispiace aver dovuto contattare Klarna per un risposta.

Aggiornamento di fine Giugno/Luglio

Pannelli sostituiti e acquistata anche una batterie Venus. Tutto OK alla fine. Confermo che sono stati di parola e tutto si è risolto per il meglio.
