Robert's Dorset was born out of our modest kitchen back in 2011. After much labour and experimentation (and heated discussion), we took our products to markets in and around our beloved Dorset and were thrilled with the response. Everyone loved our snacks more than we could believe! From that moment on we’ve worked hard to maintain our most popular products and to develop delicious new flavours and ideas. We have grown carefully: we think that listening to our customers helps us get things right for you, and now we’re glad to say we supply our scrumptious and much loved snacks all over the country.

Sorry to say but!!
Sorry to say but!!! I am staying at Camelot Castle Hotel. During the evening of my stay on the first day i bought a tub of these snacks. Disgusting! They taste like they were kept in a room that was just painted, they literally taste like gloss paint. I have complained, bar staff opologised but at the end of the day, its not their fault, the tub was sealed. I will never again purchase anything from Roberts. Even my other half refused to eat them after the first bite

Having spoken to Roberts of Dorset it was determined that the scratchings i had were either left in a room that had recently been painted or stored in a room with paint. Must admit i didnt realise that the paint fumes could penetrate the plastic tub (makes sence really)
I have since had (courtesy of Roberts Dorset) a couple of tubs of the said scratchings and they are perfect, tasty, crunchy, full of flavour, moorish, unfortunately i cant eat just one or two, i have to eat the lot ! Definately worth five stars. Just a pity i happen to get the tainted tub ???
My other half has just said
"The best pork scratchings she has ever had" great flavour, brittle but not that hard that they break your teeth"
I think that says it all.

this seem extremely odd, we have never received a review like this. i can only assume that they could have stored the pots in a room that was painted as i know they have done a lot of upgrades over the past few months. Cracking crackling
Robert’s Dorset pork crackling is on another level. The quality of their products is simply outstanding — you can taste the difference straight away compared to anything mass-produced or overly processed. Each bite is packed with flavour and crunch, and it’s clear that real care and skill goes into making them. Honestly, they’re so good that I end up buying more than I should and can’t stop myself from overindulging. This is proper British snacking at its best, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Robert’s Dorset to anyone who appreciates authentic, high-quality food.”

Fantastic (eventually)
Bought a tub of chorizo flavour pork scratchings from a local deli. They were awful: really rancid. So, I informed Robert's and, after a bit of a delay, replacements were posted to me, which were really delicious.
So, great product and great after sales service.
If you get a rogue batch, let them know.
