Roamer Anmeldelser

Steve - Thanks you so much for saving me money on my camper upgrade. You cut through all the BS and gave me the answer even though you were sending me to others to purchase the quick solution. Vary happy with your guidance and suggestions, will be back when I need to re-design the mains/inverter/battery power supply.

Fabulous experience. Really helpful people on the other end of the phone or email. No questions unanswered. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent battery

Had my battery a while now, works great, so great that I don't have to monitor it anymore, it just sits in the background and I don't have to worry about when it will next be charged. Roamer support are great too, they helped me with my setup, but to be truthful if I was to do this again I'd ditch the solar and b2b charger and add another Roamer battery and just charge it before I set off, as that is how I'm currently using just one battery. I have the 300ah, and the battery is so light I had to rebalance my caravan by taking away some weight on the opposite side, because the previous lead acid batteries were so heavy. I never did like the lead acid batteries and switching to a Roamer battery confirmed my suspicions that lead acid batteries no longer have a use in this day and age. My wife and kids hammer the battery and we have even stopped turning the inverter off, I couldn't really care how long the battery lasts as it has already outlasted our lead acid batteries, and I'd quite happily buy again.

Great service always there when you have a question Steve and his team are there to help, as a business to business this support is great.

Keep up the great work.

So far, everything has been very well organised and efficient. Very impressed with the team at Roamer, who have also planned our system and provided a kit list. We've taken delivery of the electrical system for our van conversion, which will be fitted in due course.

2 purchased batteries proceeding through infancy without incident to date.

A British company at the top of their game, with Rolls Royce customer service.

Great company, very helpful.

From start to finish (and hopefully ongoing support) I've had fantastic response from Roamer, from initial enquiry about a battery to them supplying all my victron equipment which allows me to be gas free and totally off grid, thank you all at Roamer.

Truly amazing company and real innovators of the industry
Technical knowledge and support is unprecedented
The only choice for off grid solutions

We returned to Roamer for build advice, having had one of their batteries, which we have been really happy with even after a cell died and they replaced it straight away.

The full install advice has been great so far, simple call, open advice and lots of helpful emails back and forth to get to the full answer and their advice for what we need. Totally recommend.

I ordered during the January promotion and received a confirmation which mentioned express delivery. What it didn’t mention was that the battery hadn’t yet been made and delivery from China would take two months.
I think that’s misleading and the delay was very unhelpful.

Brilliant company

Nice when you come across a company who really cares about what they're doing! I've been in touch with them for various bits of advice regarding choice and installation of my Roamer battery, and without fail, everyone has been really friendly and helpful, willing to spend the time regardless of how seemingly trivial the question is.

The battery is really good and i would recommend, the after sales is very good and very helpful plus a very quick response to questions and help

Second time buying from Roamer. Swift, informative and helpful reply to my prepurchase enquiry. Simple transaction. Great communication throughout the period between buying and delivery. Everything just as advertised. Extremely pleased.

Excellent service from the team at Roamer, from the timely answering of questions prior to purchase, to delivery and follow up support after installation.
