Great trip
Great trip! Everything was well organized. The pre trip information was accurate and helpful. Their phone app was very good. The on-site Road Trip representatives at our hotel were friendly and went out of their way to answer our questions. The police escort to the Indy 500 track saved us hours from having to sit in traffic.I would definitely use Road Trips again for future sporting event trips.

Fantastic Kentucky Derby
Friendly, professional staff, knowledgeable, was very helpful in suggesting things to do and places to eat. Sam made our Kentucky Derby experience a wonderful time. Everything went very smooth.

The main thing was the communication. I felt very comfortable with the process especially when we got to the hotel.

For the most part everything was good
For the most part everything was good. However, the return shuttle was terrible. 6 of us waited at the pick up location for about an hour. When we got back to the hotel one of the vans was parked with no driver. The one driver that was operating told others at the pick up he would be back in 30 minutes so obviously he was doing something else instead of picking us up.

The experience of attending the Masters…
The experience of attending the Masters was a lifelong dream come true. Roadtrips allowed that to happen by supplying tickets, hotel accommodations and transportation to and from the course. The course experience was spectacular, the hotel was good, the transportation to and from the course needs some upgrades.
