Our trip to London and the Wimbledon…
Our trip to London and the Wimbledon Tennis Championships was absolutely amazing ! Our accomodations at the PARK PLAZA HOTEL in Westminster were really nice and the location even better as it put us right in the heart of everything . It was a joy walking around the town of Westminster and taking in the aesthetic beauty of the architecture as we visited the many different places of interest : Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament , London Eye , British Museum , Museum of Natural History , National Gallery and of course Buckingham Palace etc .... The Wimbledon Tennis Championships was absolutely awesome ! The staff at Wimbledon do an excellent job at making the experience truly wonderful . What a gorgeous place to watch the best tennis players in the world compete on the greatest stage ! The place is absolutely beautiful ❤️ The Rooftop Restaurant at the Debenture was quite enjoyable and the staff was wonderful .
Oh ! The seats for the matches were fantastic ! We also had dinner at a few restaurants around town and the food was delicious . We ordered room service on other evenings ; and I must say that the restaurants at the PARK PLAZA HOTEL do a great job ! The staff at the PARK PLAZA HOTEL were truly wonderful .

The trip was well managed
The trip was well managed. The representative was on time and helpful. The only criticism I have is that the hotel (The Park Plaza Westminster) is quite second-rate — more like a run-down Holiday Inn, crowded with people, with staff extremely busy, and an uncomfortable lounge and bars. It was more like a middle-to-cheap Disney Hotel experience. Then again, it's downtown London, and I decided not to stay at the Ritz.

Indy 500 Experience
The guys we met, Alex and Greg were great and very accommodating. We enjoyed ourselves very much, but I thought the price we paid for event was too much. We easily could have scheduled the events ourselves for a great deal less.

Duane and his crew were very helpful…
Duane and his crew were very helpful and friendly. The only complaint was we were not informed about the very very load music each night until 3am. None of us could sleep. I would not stay at that hotel again unless I was assured the music would not keep us awake.

Duane and his team also mentioned they enjoyed meeting and liked seeing Gary rally through the sickness. We’re truly sorry to hear about the noise issues at the hotel and completely understand how frustrating that must have been. That town does carry the noise late into the night on the weekend of the Grand Prix, and the hotel does host some of the parties that the drivers attend, so it does go a bit long. We will provide your feedback to our hotel partners and do hope to see you again down the road.

Hotel accommodations were excellent. Really appreciated the bus to the speedway on race day. Might want to offer some transportation to the speedway for Legends Day as well.

Excellent seats and hotel stay. We had so much fun. Could have improved communication on long bus ride as to the layout of the track, where seats were etc so it was less stressful finding our way.

2025 Indy 500 Review
Penthouse seating was comfortable but for the price we expected to be closer to the start/finish line and the pit area. Our seats were very close to the bleachers we sat in for the practice racing on Friday.
Loved the hotel and its location. Bus transport to the race made the trip so much quicker and easier. Roadtrips personnel were extremely helpful at the hotel and essential in getting us to the track and leading us back to our bus. They could use a microphone on the bus so people in the middle to the back of the bus could hear the announcements.

We appreciate your comments regarding the seating location and bus communication. For future reference, E Penthouse tickets are located just past the finish line near Turn 1. If you're looking for seats directly at the finish line, the Paddock Penthouse would have been the best option.

This is a huge event, and it was handled very smoothly. We saw everything we wanted to see, and more. We had a great time in Indianapolis and at the track.
We were given great advice about the seats and the best position to be in for the race.

Setup for the Indy 500 was just great. Their experience of the event means all bases are covered and the guys are great hosts too, we really enjoyed our visit from Scotland to Indiana.
