Hi Carina, I've requested additional information so we can look into the charges on your account. While I haven't looked into your specific charges yet, I can confirm there are 2 separate payments:
1. Ro Body Program: includes a personalized treatment plan, up to 24 live video sessions per year with your health coach, ongoing provider support with 1:1 messaging, a step-by-step curriculum, and through our partners, insurance coverage support for the cost of prescription medication (if needed).
2. Medication fee. This varies depending on the medication, the dose and your preferred payment method.

Everything so far has been very positive. Everyone I’ve been in contact with has been very nice and helpful. I received my product within two or three days. My only issue is is that the Zepbound that I am using comes in one pen with the various number of needles, which screw on the pen very easily, but it’s just very hard to dispense the product and what form. I found so far is it is not curbing my appetite as much as I’d like, but I need to share that with my counselor. I’ve not yet shared that with my counselor other than that, everything has been very nice and very good, and I’m very pleased. Thank you, Ro!!🙂😊🎈

You only supposed to deduct my account once a month and you decided to fill my order too fast and deducted my account twice in October and messed up my my account and with extra fees for a doctor's fee I never talk too

Pricing scam
The company is not upfront about pricing. You have to pay the initial membership fee just to gain access to the available meds and prices. I cancelled 36 hours after realizing how expensive they are, and they won't refund my fee. Not only that, it's an AI chat; no chance to interact with a real person

Becareful
It was misleading with the first payment. You don't get the cancelation procedures of your membership until after you've received your acceptance into the program. That's when you find out that the $39 isn't towards your fist prescription. I'm sure you don't care and you've duped many of the curious customers of there money.
