I bought a keyboard about 4 years ago that recently stopped working correctly. I spent some time troubleshooting it with their customer service team, who were very pleasant, but we couldn't resolve the problem. They mentioned it was likely a wear and tear issue, so they gave me a sizeable discount on a new one.
I received the replacement, but it arrived damaged out of the box with a broken connection under one of the keys. I informed them, and while I was understandably annoyed, they immediately offered to send me another one free of charge.
The person I dealt with, Mike, was great. He helped me troubleshoot the original, handled the discounted order, and then ordered another one on the house when the damaged one arrived. I don’t even have to worry about returning the first one. I’m annoyed that the first one was damaged but I have to say the customer service has been top tier. Thanks Mike!

La mejor marca calidad precio, he comprado dos productos de ellos y estoy encantado, la única pega que podría poner es cuando compre el ratón que me vino sin la conexión USB para poder conectarlo via Bluetooth, que en mi caso tampoco es demasiado importante por que yo al final lo tengo o conectado con cable o a través del 2.4 Wireless. Lo recomiendo completamente, volveré a comprar productos en un futuro.

Great keyboard, easy to work with support, maybe takes a bit longer than amazon but that's completely understandable since they have to take weekend's off since they aren't as big of a company, anyways definitely a great pick for a budget keyboard.

I bought a keyboard from them, the cable didn't work, they refunded me €10 so I could buy a new cable locally.

My keyboard had a malfunction and Lia from RK responded same day and got me a replacement within 2 days of sending an email to their customer service. Fantastic service.

I had an issue on a keyboard purchase. It was handled so perfectly and smoothly. The keyboard is a dream. Fits perfect in my space. Nice heft. Well built.

Shipping was late, costumer service took time

Sent a replacement keyboard as soon as I notified them of the shipping issue I was having. Arrived almost immediately. It was truly excellent customer service.

I had a problem with my first keyboard, but as soon as I contacted them, they immediately provided me a solution and replaced my defect keyboard.

Accidentally got sent the wrong color, just my luck lol no problem just email customer service! All I had to do was bring it back to UPS. And they had a new one sent my way the same day. I really appreciate the trust to send me one while the wrong color one was still in transit. Good job guys.
