Rival Strength Anmeldelser

Amazing strong bench, very good value, beautiful to look at and prompt delivery

Great experience all round. I bought the Omni Series power rack with Freemotion arms, and it is an excellent rack for anyone looking for versatility and a solid option in their home gym. Delivery was on the day that was arranged, and the after sales support via Messenger app has been extremely quick and super helpful with all things including a few installation issues I had, which were very quickly sorted with a friendly and professional attitude. I would definitely recommend them as a company and their equipment.

Fantastic initial customer service and great follow up. No question seems to be too much trouble and sensible clear options are given to queries.

Even went so far as to check in a year after my first order that all was still ok.

As for the products, my 6ft Olympic barbell remains superb and I am grateful I made the choice to buy it - every time i use it i appreciate and like it, and can't pay a higher compliment than i appreciate its quality every single time! (And it is far superior to another bar I own so I have a comparison!)

The item arrived and turns out it was previously used already.
- Arrived Partly assembled
- Missing assembly guide
- Missing components
- Big Sticker for the back panel was already pre applied by somebody previously only they applied it the wrong way around.
- Deep scratch on one of the panels that can’t even be hidden with paint due to the depth.
One of the rubber handles on the chin up bar has a deep laceration on it so I will need to tape something over it.

I would give one star but to their credit they have been very responsive however I don’t appreciate being told that the item “is definitely new” when it’s clear it was pre-used and damaged. I can’t return as it’s a large shipment and can’t afford the customs fees again. But hey. . At least Rival got their money so someone came out of it good.

Good service , good product and quick delivery

Products and support are superb...

I bought Rival Grey Fleck Premium (1mx1m) including edges and corners... The rival team are very responsive to my questions...

I have loved every set of weights I have purchased from these guys. Delivery is swift and no wait really. Would get all my home gym needs from them.

Before ordering a folding rack I messaged rival with a question on mounting specs and had a fast and very helpful response.

The rack is awesome, very sturdy and good value. Great customer service too.

Brilliant experience ordering with them from start to finish. I had a unique issue with some plates and some last min order changes and everything was resolved in a timely and friendly manner.

Furthermore, price and quality for all the equipment is top notch, highly reccomend!

I'm always very wary of ordering expensive products online from unknown companies, due to previous poor experiences. I can say that after dealing with Rival Strength, my faith has been restored. I ordered the package deal Omni power rack, including weight plates, olympic bar and bench. I asked a couple of questions prior to purchase, and the communication from the company was spot on. I also had a last minute addition of rubber gym flooring, and after a quick email they added it to my original order, and were able to save me the delivery cost and hassle of a separate order, which was much appreciated. Items were delivered on time. There was one gym mat tile missing from the order, but after a quick email this was resolved by Sam, and a replacement sent out the next day. Product quality appears good so far, although not had much use as yet. I did a lot of research online, and the product costs were extremely competitive. Highly recommended. I'm sure I'll place further orders in the future.

Incredibly flexible on delivery. Kept to the timing. There was an error in that they didn’t send the extra connectors I ordered for my flooring , plus some of the standard supplied ones were missing. However. They jumped on it as soon as I informed them and I received them the next day. Thank you 👍🏼👍🏼

I bought some 20mm EPDM premium gym tiles from Rival, I first bought the samples and decided they were a great quality and probably the best price too.
Shipping by pallet was easy and free over £350, plus you can pick your delivery day to suit you!
The tiles are excellent, easy to lay, and the connectors go in easy.
I layed them in a staggered pattern so the joints were spread out, and I think better than four corners meeting.
I had to cut two tiles, and this was easy with a new! sharp! Stanley blade, a metal edge and a scrap ply board underneath.
The edge ramps make a great transition from the mat to to sub floor so no trip hazards.
Customer service was and is second to none and Vicky has been a great help with any queries.
Highly recommended!

I bought floor tiles for my home gym, they all came well packaged and as described. Really good quality and easy to put together

Easy process to order gym tiles. Nice quality tiles. I went for black and grey fleck and it looks and feels great in my home gym.

Excellent customer service, prompt delivery arrived on time. Great product and easy to install. That’s why I gave a 5 star rating.

Great service (including when an issue arose), great product, sensible pricing.

Really helpful answering questions before I ordered. Unfortunately a small part was damaged on delivery, a replacement was with me the following day....that's excellent and swift customer service. A quality machine, well made, easy to setup and great to use. I'm a very happy customer.

Arrived quickly and excellent pulldown handle.

Room for a lot of improvement with the grip tape and the rubber insert or cushion at the hold of the board which gives it a slanting look.

Other than that delivery and price was far better considering the build quality.
