I dont know what has change but i was able to do a large order this time instead of just being within a kilo. It was so nice and I have ordered from here frequently. It only seems to ship fast to the US and have loved the yarn i have purchased. Will continue to order from here.

Shipping to Washington State in the US was swift, I was thrilled to receive it so quickly, coming from Denmark.

My package got damaged in transit and I lost some yarn. Customer service was super quick resolving the issue and sending the missing yarn. I am so impressed by this company, thanks Rito!

I am so glad I discovered this country. The prices are outstanding (even with the additional tariffs added to goods sent to the US) and shipping is very quick and reasonably priced. Excellent all around.

Rito had exactly what I wanted, great price (even with US fees) and quick shipping.

I received SOME of the skeins that I ordered but instead of the 6 Drops FLORA Colour 20 - Peach Pink that I ordered, I was sent 6 Drops NORD Colour 20 - Blush.

The FLORA matched another yarn that I wanted to knit with it. The NORD does not go with it AT ALL. I am disappointed.
I could only find 3 skeins of the flora colour 20 at my local yarn shop so when Rito accepted the order for 6 Flora colour 30 and did not contact me, I would never have accepted the Nord as a substitute. Now the only way to correct your mistake, is for me to return the yarn at my cost. AND, I will also have to pay for the cost of the new order as well as the customs.
How do I trust that Rito will fulfill the I order that I asked for and not just send whatever you want???

I would like you to pay for the return of this misordered yarn and send me yarn that I want, as I have already paid for the shipping and the customs.

Very fast service! I live in Canada and I usually get my orders within 6 days! And the price of the yarn and shipping fees is still cheaper than many other places, even with Canada!

I know Drops Baby Merino Wool yarn from Norway and was happy and excited to find your website and your prices are very reasonable, However when I received the yarn, the plastic bag it was shipped in was torn. Somebody in a post office had taped it up. Maybe next time double bag it.

I received these products and they were exactly what I needed. Now I'm trying to place another order from the U.S., and I've sent messages from the website and emails asking about tariffs, but have not had a reply. I wish I could order more, but I am not able to until I understand the tariff situation.

I have included my contact number when paying but it didn’t appear in the shipping label which led to my local courier shipping had no one to contact when they were delivering. So as a result, my parcel was sent back to Denmark ever since mid March and I have been emailing the customer service but no one has been replying to me for over a week.

Customer service was easy to work with. Had an item which was backordered and they gave me the choice to substitute or wait. I also had something on my order that I didn't mean to order, because the order had not been shipped, they were able to cancel the items I did not want. Yarn arrived. Love it, have used 1/2 of the yarn I ordered already. Great prices, even with fees.
