Very lovely sofa bed, great colour and texture, easy to assemble, great for the price. It’s very firm to sit on, not tried sleeping on it yet.

I strongly do not recommend. I purchased a tv stand from them which was supposed to be 3m long as per their offer, email confirmation and item specifications on their website. I paid upfront full amount, waited 12 weeks and they delivered two pieces of furniture. A piece of tv stand door was poorly painted, clearly diffrerent shade. They refused to acknowledge it and wanted to charge me £149 for returning it! After the exhausting exchange of emails I accepted 10% discount. Otherwise I would lose even more. They never acknowledged my points or apologised. They conveniently have no phone number so there is no way to resolve anything quickly, if at all. Once you pay them you’re on your own.

The company is a SCAM. Bought furniture from them that was nothing like advertised, awful quality, broken, cheaply made, stained and looked second-hand. They refused refund, messed me around deliberately whilst hiding behind fake identities - they are scammers. I reported them as fraudsters and requested my bank make a chargeback - if you are defrauded by these scammers and they illegally refuse to refund you, I'd advise you do the same or you won't get your money back. Also, report them to HMRC for VAT fraud and contact trading standards.

I purchased the Abigail coffee table, and the product quality is nothing like what is shown online. When I brought this up with customer service, the advisor, Emily, was extremely ignorant and unhelpful. I was undergoing chemotherapy and couldn't chase this up earlier. She repeatedly dismissed my concerns and clearly didn’t care. I am appalled and disgusted by their service. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. They are unhelpful and discriminatory. When they delivered the table, they left it outside my house with nails poking out. I even bought this up and no compensation talks even to help or aid me. The mention of the 14 days is poor and given my circumstances they should have been more sensitive. If the roles were reversed, I am sure the advisor 'Emily' would not be happy. How rude! Never ever again

We ordered 2 bedside tables. My 1 year old nephew could have built a better product. There were what looked like blood stains on the product and the drawer was broken with nails sticking out. Absolutely disgusted and appalled. We requested a refund and the company are refusing to provide one. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

Overall, I received good service and am happy with my purchases. The sofa has proven to be durable and of high quality.

I've ordered several items – they're exceptionally well-made and visually appealing. The packaging was excellent, and everything arrived on time. I would definitely recommend them to my friends.

We are had a horrible experience with this company. For the prices quoted we expected a high quality item to be provided, however upon delivery we soon realised that this was going to be far from what we had hoped for. The assembly instructions consisted of a single piece of paper in Chinese. Even when we requested the english version, the provided instruction sheet was minimal and insufficient to indicate how the 100+ screws and other components were to be used; furthermore many components were supplied (6 tubes of sealant and magnetic door releases) without any mention in the instructions. When we finally did manage to construct the piece based on guesswork we realised that the piece of furniture was not in fact what we had original seen in the pictures/description online - specifically the legs (not actually mentioned at all on the instruction sheet) were entirely different than those advertised online. We figured this was a shipping error and upon contacting the company they informed us that additional pieces would come at an additional cost, and that the showcased screenshots on the website did not represent the base product we had purchased. This was shocking to us as we had every reason to believe that what we had seen on the website when we originally placed the over over 10 weeks ago would be delivered.

The delivery personnel were not only prompt but also extremely polite and courteous. Their professionalism added an extra layer of satisfaction to the overall purchasing process. Kudos to them for their excellent customer service!

I was blown away by the premium look and feel of this product! It gives off such an expensive vibe that I had to double-check the price. Definitely impressed with the value for money.

you need to be careful this web site , I called them to check out if they have the sofa I like . the guy told me I don't have those but send me picture he had similar and said we have those and strait if I want it to order I was shocked like I m buying bread , didn't get good vibe from them I just hand up just be careful guys when you order think twice

My coffee table should be delivered in 8/9 weeks. Received after 12 weeks, table was damaged. Last 3 weeks asking for pick up a table and get a money back. Don't buy from them, biggest scammers ever.

My experience with Ritconcept is negative, they charged me the money in advance and later on said they will send my order after I post a 5 star review. i was suspicious and didn't followed there orders.
Its been a month they are no more answering to my calls or emails.
They are the biggest scammers. I was told by my sister in law that these guys did scam I didn't believed and same thing happened to me. Please authorities refund our money from these guys

I'm Scammed for 1200 pounds. The sofa never arrived , they told me to post a review on their Trustpilot and then they will send the package but i declined. Its been two months they never answered my emails. This is a fake company, authorities please have a look here.

They are scammmers told me to post a review here and then they will send a coffee table. and its been weeks they didnt sent it its a scam. They scammed me for 1500 pounds. scam Alert!

Be aware guys they are evils and scammed me for 1100$.

This is my third purchase of an armchair now and this time i am invited to share my experience. well, The color combination is fabolous. Excellent service and product, cannot fault. The armchair i purchased was high quality and was delivered promptly. The two delivery guys was really careful with my package! So Pleased!!!

Update guys:
My order was delayed even though i paid 7000 pounds and i was told to review on their trustpilot and after that they will send the armchair and the other stufff. ITS been almost a month they didnt sent anything. NOt answering to my calls as well as mails.
