Delivery date ?
After my order email on may 23th, I didn’t recieve any further information about delivery, how long it take to deliver a cue in france knowing that I did the order on French Riley website ( rileyleisure.fr)?
And no body answered to my emails!!

Highland Pool Hustler
If it was possible to award zero stars, I would. Riley Leisure do not explicitly state on their website that they do not deliver free to the entire North West coast or Islands of Scotland. The additional charge for delivery to the Isle of Skye was £364. (More than half the cost of the pool table) If you live in the Highlands, look elsewhere. Very disappointed as product looked good.

Due to the size and weight of our table products, deliveries are made by specialist carriers and, in accordance with our terms and conditions, may incur surcharges depending on location and postcode, particularly to Scottish highlands and Islands.
We would encourage customers to check with our customer support team ahead of placing an order, as we are always able to advise exact additional costs ahead of despatch.
UPDATE: Customer has since been in touch with customer services with an alternative solution.

snooker cue
delivery was brilliant and the cue works fine, however looks absolutely and completely unalike from the photos on the riley website which was extremely dissapointing. also came with some notable visual flaws in the wood work (however i understand this can sometimes be unavoidable with wood work)

Almost perfect…
At first please note that in general everything was perfect. Little notes from my side are: 1) being in Italy I had the custom fee to be paid at the delivery and this is fine but should be helpful to know the amount (also a range) along the order. 2) the box was fine, just a little bite crashed, the cue was out right on one side, probably better to pack it not it that way to avoid any crash straight from outside.

Table left in hallway. Asked twice to move it to a different room on the ground floor. Apparently this was not possible. Have yet to try the table, but would not recommend their delivery service.

Brilliant all round service
From order to delivery, the packaging was brilliant, the cue I brought wasn’t the most expensive cue, especially when buying online you don’t get to feel the weight etc and how smooth the wood feels so using it for the first time last week was brilliant, plus I won my game, extra bonus

I was going to buy a table but
I was going to buy a table but, in the end, I didn’t buy one because my room was too small so I am going to wait for my new extension. The sales people at Riley were honest and extremely helpful as they told me the room was too small to accommodate a 7ft pool table when they didn’t have to. A top notch service.

Typically, all our snooker cues come with a 9.5mm tip, which is standard within the game of Snooker, and each cue is advertised as such.
Your cues also come with replacement tip free of charge which will allow you to tailor the cue to your individual preferences and feel.

Eash ordering process and quick delivery. Disappointed with how the cue was packaged, no bubble wrap or any other type of packing inside, cue was wrapped in plastic and when opening was only protected by the outside cardboard packaging, it was very lucky that it wasn’t damaged. I would suggest that you review this for future as it would out me off purchasing again.

Excellent cue.
Some trouble with delivery but that was all down to the transport company. Very happy with my cue, its excellent quality, and the case is also very nice. Would definitely buy from here again.
