Honestly, over the moon with product and customer service. Genuinely shocked to know they're small business as they have truly gone be above and beyond, made sure my last min order arrived in time for my nephews birthday and even sent a free personalised numberplate as a kind gesture too. The product (fire engine) itself is really impressive with lots of extra features not seen on any of the average ride on's, so impressed and for such a good price. Spare parts service
Our grandson has an electric gator (a wonderful first driving experience - he has quickly learned how to steer and reverse). Unfortunately some critical bolts came loose and fell out - needing replacements. A phone call to RiiRoo resulted in the required parts being identified, ordered and delivered. Excellent service.

We had a great experience at this RiiRoo car showroom. The team explained all the models clearly and patiently answered all the questions we had, which made choosing the right car much easier.
They have a fantastic collection of cars for toddlers, with a really good range to choose from and very reasonable prices. The 5% Blue Light discount is an amazing bonus too!

Fantastic service! I bought the yellow Lamborghini for my grandson’s 3rd birthday, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. The delivery was incredibly fast, and my questions were answered quickly and helpfully.
I also purchased the parental control and personalised number plate as extras, and I’m really pleased with both. The personalised plate makes the Lamborghini extra special, and the parental control is a great feature for added peace of mind.
My grandson absolutely loved it! 💛🏎️

Wrong orders delivered and failed battery within 9 months.
Disappointing after-sales support
I ordered two quads for my children at Christmas 2025, at a not insignificant cost, I would add. Firstly, they delivered the incorrect items. Then, when correcting this, they failed to provide the correct-coloured stickers. To be fair, they did respond and remedy both of those situations, so I initially felt that they were a decent company to deal with.
However, the battery in one of the quads has now failed after around 10 months, despite me ensuring that the batteries were maintained and charged in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
The quad takes three batteries, and RiiRoo discounts each by £10 as a gesture of goodwill. Reducing to £95 including delivery. While I appreciate the reduction, it’s hardly doing me a great favour when the price is simply being brought more in line with what you can buy equivalent batteries for elsewhere.
They claim to provide only a 30-day warranty on batteries. However, this is not compatible with the consumer’s statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Items must be fit for purpose and reasonably durable. These batteries clearly are not.
I would encourage anyone considering ordering from RiiRoo to think carefully about the likelihood of being left with a rather large and expensive useless object in their garage after less than a year, and whether they are prepared to potentially spend £100 or more every so often replacing batteries for a problem they didn’t create.
The quads themselves have been good and my children have enjoyed them, but unfortunately the experience with the after-sales support has left me very disappointed.

We completely understand that having to replace batteries is frustrating, particularly when the quad itself has otherwise been enjoyed by your children.
We would, however, like to clarify one important point regarding the battery. Rechargeable batteries used within children’s electric ride-ons are consumable components. Their lifespan can vary considerably depending on charging cycles, storage, usage, temperature and a number of other factors, and unfortunately a battery can deteriorate even where appropriate charging and maintenance procedures have been followed.
Our battery warranty terms do not remove or replace a customer's statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. However, a battery failing after a period of use does not automatically establish that it was defective or insufficiently durable at the point of purchase.
As the batteries were outside of the applicable warranty period, we offered a goodwill discount towards replacements to try to help with the cost. We appreciate that you do not feel this offer went far enough, but it was offered genuinely as a way of helping you get the quad back up and running.
We’re pleased that your children have enjoyed the quads themselves, and we’re also glad that the earlier issues with the original delivery were resolved. We are sorry that your more recent experience has left you feeling differently about RiiRoo.
