This company always does what the other companies dont do message back with great communication and once again told me that they would give me the spare parts I needed for FREE you dont get that anymore must be old school people with a very modern business model thanks to rii roo my boys will be back out on there quad in no time and no stuck to screens like most kids these days thank you very much rid roo yous alway go above and beyond 😊 !!UPDATE GOT THE REPLACEMT TODAY ONLY SPOKE THEM ON MONDAY WHY WOULD YOU BUY ELSE WHARE WHEN YOU HAVE A COMPNY SENDING YOUR REPLACEMENTS AND ALL IN A GOOD WILL GESTURE AS A LO6AL CUSTOMER THANK YOU SO MUCH LESS SCREEN TIME FOR THE LITTLE ADRENALINE CHASERS LOL

One word SHOCKING!!! If you are expecting any level of service from this company well think again. Between them and the malevolent clowns they engage to deliver their goods, that would be DPD they will only bring more stress to your life!! Trust me on that!! They delivered two toy cars and one badly damaged and missing parts the other missing parts. When I contacted them took a day to get back to me and same with every message I have sent!! Sick of them both to be honest and not fit for purpose. Another company that choose to have no contact number and do not hold your breath waiting on any timely response as all but useless to be honest. Knew I had a disable daughter and chose to use the malevolent clowns that delivered it and presumably damaged it and lost parts!! Carry on if you like hassle but be mindful these were gifts for my grand children and just imagine it was for your child for Christmas????? Yes that is right, exactly what you are thinking, so do yourself a favour and give them and their chosen courier a wide berth like the moon and back. Vile and abhorrent is my experience but you have been warned!!! What not put them or their chosen courier in charge of a goldfish!! Not a chance. Seems nobody was interested just the usual hollow apologies and rhetoric that we know changes absolutely nothing!!
All I can do is give my advice and tell you more than a week on still have my hard earned money but fortunately have protection in place should they choose to leave my message unread. Keep you posted but will not get any better as collection failed miserably as I expected and no way of contacting RiiRoo and of course why should they be interested???? They have my money and I am left wanting. Horrible and woeful experience that I would wish on nobody!! Not fit for purpose. BEWARE!!!! Certainly if you cannot get hold of them now forget Christmas!!! Beggars belief that they claim any level of customer service?? Certainly I have seen nothing to resemble what I normally expect!! GOOD LUCK IF YOU WISH TO AKE A CHANCE, ENTIRELY UP TO YOU!!!! Honest and truthfully I have told you straight!!!!
If you need even more hassle in your life then this company will deliver for certain. Couple that with the fact you order what they peddle for a special gift? When it goes wrong, which it likely will you cannot get hold of them!!! Write an email and you might just get a reply in 24 hours. Remember you will have more questions like arranging collection or a replacement if you dare??? NO CONTACT NUMBER AND THEY HAVE THE AUDACITY TO ASK FOR IT ON YOUR PURCHASE!! NO IDEA WHY??? HOW ON EARTH THAT DELIVERS CUSTOMER SERVICE IS BEYOND ME!!!!
Might have spoken to soon about getting back to any customer in 24 hours? Heard nothing at all and when you consider it is hardly to much to ask!!! Do not be holding your breath at Christmas if you have your significant purchase delivered in the state mine were! No idea what kind of customer service they actually believe they deliver?? I have seen nothing to indicate it even exists!! They asked me for a day to get their chosen courier to collect. Gave them Tuesday and no show!! Not in the least surprised as seem like flip side of same dirty coin!!
Here we go a message after 24 hours and want to arrange another day to collect what they sent me??? What is the point when their chosen courier failed to collect on arranged day??? I have took my time to give you information about how this company and its chosen courier DPD conducted themselves and do not want it to happen to anyone else please STAY AWAY!!!!
Wait for it… arranged collection by the malevolent clowns DPD waited in all day and apparently they do not collect just deliver the junk damaged and missing parts!!!! Absolutely ridiculous operation and have not a clue what they are at. Looking for another Courier now to clean up the DPD mess!!!! Honestly can you imagine all this with your hard earned money buying you children special gifts??? Trust me you do not need any of it!!!
10 days on and seems it is all my fault repeating myself?? Yes I am repeating myself but because no action has been taken in 10 days!! Now a fabricated story that I have abused the DPD driver?? Put a complaint on with DPD and sent RiiRoo the reference for complaint. Cannot remember last time I saw a DPD driver at my door let alone abuse them. Someone fabricated all of it but not having any of it and will follow through with my complaint through DPD. Apparently you cannot put a complaint in with RiiRoo?? Little Thatcherite but does not surprise me in the least. The owners hasbeen put on me to return the two pieces of junk which Ifind staggering to be honest but will be following up with trading standards as conduct of this company is abysmal. When any customer purchases gifts like these cars they do not want this hassle and have the problem dumped back in their lap!!!

We purchased three Riiroo 24V Quad Bikes for our grandchildren and they and us are delighted with them! Ordering and delivery was excellent and we paid extra for them all to arrive professionally assembled which we definitely recommend! They look the business and surprisingly quite fast! Easy to handle and simple to charge. These certainly keep our grandchildren busy outside all day and they like the music option and the engine start up sounds. We also purchased the traffic lights which they also like fiddling with. Highly recommended!

My son broke his electric motorbike due to his own fault , I got in contact with riiroo to see if anything could be done to fix the bike.
Rii roo paid for the transit to come pick the bike up and repaired it for me and my son. They did the repairs for free and also delivered it back to me for free. I am truly grateful to this company and the people who helped make this process as smooth and stress free as possible.

This company have been amazing. I was scared of making a large purchase online so I contacted the company and they replied asap with a lovely message which made me feel so much better. Delivery was fast, my little boy was so happy with his digger. We noticed one gear stick was not working. I emailed the company explains the situation and they sent me out a new gear stick ASAP. Excellent service will be using again for my other little boy. Thank you Kayleigh xxx

ATTENTION!! PLEASE READ!! RII ROO SCUM COMPANY! I BOUGHT A ELECTRIC MOTOR FOR A JEEP! HAD TO CANCEL BECAUSE RII ROO ARE RETARDED ABOUT THERE PAYMENT SECURITY!! ANYWAY THEY HAD MOTOR ON SALE FOR £15, THAT SAME MOTOR! 1 WEEK ON NOW COSTS £25!

Lovely ideal but not 100%
The steering isn’t great at all and the traction isn’t the best keeps stopping getting stuck etc. was really looking forward to giving this to my daughter as it looks the part but sadly I don’t think it’s all to cracked up to be. She seems happy with it but as an adult you notice the things that aren’t great on it. Also.. we were offered at checkout to pay for number plates for this item… I paid and received them but the bike doesn’t actually have anywhere to put them so it shouldn’t have been offered.

Purchased a bike for my son, what a mistake that was. The bike was faulty, when trying to return it, it took almost a week as they only seem to respond once per day. Just to mention, the bike had been built a day and worked for less than 24 hours. They wanted pictures of the bike, then in the box, then the box.
Had to take a day off work to have the bike collected and a new bike delivered. EXACTLY THE SAME THING HAS HAPPENED!!! Now I’m trying to get hold of them again to return it.
Unless you’re ok with very disappointed children, stress and headaches, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

***EDIT - The replacement bike was also faulty! I am trying to get my money refunded but have had THREE FAILED collections, that’s three whole days I have waiting in and almost two weeks still with no refund. I have been treated like I’m the issue by RIIROO, live chat are not interested (apart from Ella, who was very kind and understanding), despite this being a massive mess up on their end, emails are still only replied to once per day, which is making what should be a fairly easy conversation, rather painful and drawn out. Nobody seems interested, there is not one person that consistently replies so mistakes are made and I have to repeat myself. Joke of a company.
* update: the company have had the bike back, I am waiting for my refund….
I have made a complaint, and asked repeatedly for someone to contact me regarding this, this has not happened. It has been over a month since I raised the complaint, no one from “management” have even bothered to contact me, it’s no surprise customer services are so ineffective, rude and complacent, when being led my invisible leaders. I cannot stress enough, do not use this company.

it was a great experience from start to finish. when i arrived i was not sure where to go . There was a chap who i found out was called Ash who was on his way to lunch but he decided to stop and help me as i looked lost. He then took the RIIROO car in which i needed fixed. Paul then repaired really quickly.
The girls in the office especially KAYLEIGH AND Tina were also very helpful explaining costs of cars in the showroom and parts required.
VERY WELL DONE TEAM RIIROO !! Great customer service .

DO NOT WASTE ANY MONEY ON THIS COMPANY - i have had to pay for a return and still waiting for a bike that doesn't work to be returned to my after nearly a month!!!!!!!!!! Absolute shambles of a company depleted battery after a year supposedly which they will not replace and then cannot even send the bike back.

Will be taking this company to a small claims court to settle and get my bike or refund.

I bought a ride on tractor for my grandson from start to finish the service was first class!! Great product arrived quickly and fully charged ready to go. I can’t fault this tractor and my grandson won’t get off it.

Really couldn’t speak any more highly of this business. I ordered my niece the pink Land Rover discovery. It was delivered really quickly and sat in the box for two months awaiting her birthday. When we went to build the car we had a problem with the steering wheel which I emailed about and got a reply the very next morning arranging an exchange for a new steering wheel and a £20 refund. The customer service provided by Kayleigh has been second to none. I have used similar companies in the past for similar products and have had so much hassle with parts broken with no offer of a fix. If you are planning on treating your little one to an electric car then 100% use RiiRoo!

Outstanding customer service from RiiRoo. The team were extremely helpful, friendly and professional throughout my experience. Communication was excellent, and they were always quick to respond to any questions.
The product was also very good quality, and I was impressed with the overall service and professionalism of the company.

Quick , efficient, dealt with Kayleigh who was extremely helpful . Very good product

Ordered a ride on tractor described with water cannon as a feature.

Arrived quickly and we spent a couple of hours building it to find there was no water cannon.

E mailed the company and they apologised but the water cannon on the description was a mistake.

Only option they have given is to dismantle the tractor as much as we can, find a box big enough to put it into (original box too small for partly constructed tractor) and they will arrange to collect.

So a company’s mistake becomes my issue to resolve. More time to dismantle and then repack.

Disappointed with the product and customer service experience.

Given 2 stars as the tractor itself is a great toy but it just wasn’t what we thought we had purchased.

Excellent experience from start to finish! The ride-on car is well made, looks fantastic. Delivery was quick, customer service was friendly and helpful, and the quality exceeded our expectations. Our child absolutely loves it. Highly recommended!

My grandson wanted a dirt bike which he is getting for his birthday tomorrow 4th August. He choose it himself and is so excited. Delivery was very quick and delivery guys very helpful
