They try .…
Irish company with some really nice stuff ..they look for Irish producers before going elsewhere has to be commended . Keiran in Omni is a lovely member of staff always happy to assist you .and goes with Ur flow ..doesn't push the sale .he enhances Ur own view ..

My wife and I paid a visit to the…
My wife and I paid a visit to the Fonthill store Christmas week. At first we just browsed. We were then attended to my Michael. My a Dublin man in my mid 60s. Michael and I hit it off straight away. Lighthearted banter was the order of the day. We bought a very nice double recliner and a very nice coffee table. Michael was attentive but not at all pushy. We totally enjoyed our shopping experience.
We would fully recommend this store and Michael. We will definitely return when we require furniture.

Table is fabulous, great quality. Delighted with it.

Not only the best price around but the best customer service
Not only the best price around. The best customer service. I’ve been served by both Michael and Mark on different occasions in different stores and they are absolute gents. They take as much time as needed to walk through everything with you and ensure you are happy with what you are buying and getting the best price. We bought a new house and have bought all our furniture here ! I could not recommend them enough to anyone looking to buy any sort of household furniture ! We will be back !

Poor Communication
Ordered on 20th February, and was told 3-4 weeks until delivery. 8 weeks later, and haven’t heard anything, no response to my emails, and telephone service routes you through to stores who are unaware of the status of the order.
Edit: After posting here, Orla looked into my order, and promptly provided an update, which included some information as to why the delay occurred. My order was then delivered by the end of the week.
It is frustrating that it took me posting here to get action on this, and it is poor service to have to be the proactive party as a customer. To Orla’s credit, she resolved the issue extremely quickly.

Michael Fonthill showroom
The showroom in Fonthill was very well organised with a variety of models to look at. Michael was a very informative salesman who spent close to 2 hours walking us through the different models and their features and helped us to pick out a sofa set, a dining set and a few beds for our new house. The furniture was of very good quality and the prices were reasonable.
