We had an exceptional experience at Rightstyle in Omni! We recently purchased a beautiful bed and a dining table with chairs, and I couldn't be happier with both the quality and service. The staff (especially Isaac & Ger) were incredibly friendly and helpful. Delivery was prompt and exactly when we asked for. I highly recommend this shop for anyone looking for quality furniture and excellent customer service. I'll definitely be returning for future purchases!

I purchased a dining set recently from right style furniture .They were fantastic to deal with ,really helpful over the phone helping me to choose the set I wanted. They organised delivery for me at short notice even though I know they didn’t really have availability for delivery which was great as I needed the set before Christmas.
The two lads who delivered were brilliant and really helpful and unpacked and assembled the set for me and also took all of the rubbish away.Great company to deal with would highly recommend them.

I order lots of stuff from fonthill branch . First they delivered wrong side of bed and I took almost month to replace with right one . The send bed they delivered today after 6 weeks delay . Which suppose to deliver 6weeks ago , when you go to store fonthill for asking about your order they have no answer . They ask you to contact delivery company which have even no answer.
Very disappointed with the service!!!😡

I ordered a sofa at the beginning of July with the delivery supposed to be around the middle of September. I went to the Fonthill store at the beginning of September to pay some money off and I was told delivery would most likely be the end of September. As I was going away we agreed the second week of October. When I returned I contacted the store. I was informed there was some kind of mix up with the order and that I would not now receive my new sofa until the 19th of November. I contacted the store on the 18th to make the final payment. I was told that the courier would be in touch. When I hadn't heard anything by the 21st I rang the store again. I was told enquiries would be made and that someone would ring back. No one called back. I rang again on the 22nd and was told that the courier had picked it up from the warehouse and enquiries would be made as to when it would be delivered and they would call me back. No one called back. I drove to the store yesterday the 27th. I was told the courier had not picked up my sofa and it would most likely be next week before it's delivered. I explained that I would be available for delivery anytime bar Wednesday and Thursday as I work shift. I've just received a call from the courier looking to deliver next Wednesday. I explained that I wouldn't be available and he rudely hung up. It's now almost 6 months since I ordered this sofa and I'm still none the wiser as to when I'm getting my it. Needless to say this has to be one of the most frustrating experiences I've ever had to deal with. Can someone please sort this out.

Disgraceful service at their Omni store. Refused to replace a broken item purchased 2 weeks. Let’s see where it ends up..!!!

AVOID this store and use the note tried and tested stores where their managers understand retail

Great service in Rightstyle furniture/the bed storage company in Ballyfermot. Paul was a great help when picking my bed and mattress. Delivery was prompt and on time as promised. Thanks so much to Daniel and Darren for delivery and assembly. Both were very pleasant to deal with and left the room spotless. Definitely with use this company again. 5*

We recently purchased a 3 + 2 seater from RightStyle Furniture and from the minute we arrived in store we were greeted by Emlyn who showed us the exact sofa we had been looking for.

Emlyn took our order with ease and we had a quick turnaround time. The men that assembled our sofa were so quick I had not even a chance to offer them tea.

Really appreciate the staff professionalism and customer orientation. Michael assisted us getting the furniture and let me tell you that Michael you are great man. He did (very patiently) gave us right advices which normally most of furniture sellers will avoid. Michael well done and kudos to you for helping my wife spending all money I had from my pocket.
