Taxi came that was all fine, a few weeks later my bank rings me and tells me €40 was taken out of my account for a subscription and 50c was taken out from the same company. I did NOT sign up for a subscription and demand a refund straight away, I am extremely unsatisfied and hope the website gets shut down immediately. It’s an absolute disaster and a scam

Leider absoluter betrug. Habe vor zwei Tagen versucht ein Taxi zu bestellen, was nicht funktioniert hat. Dafür wurden mir 50cent abgebucht trotzallem und jetzt haben die versucht über meine Kreditkarte 50 euro abzubuchen. Zum glück wurde die Zahlung von meinem Kreditunternehmen abgelehnt. Wirklich 100% abzocke, vorallem da man gar nicht mitbekommt das man da irgend ein Abo abschließt.

I needed a taxi in Zakopane
I needed a taxi in Zakopane. I went to their site and booked one. It's status was pending for about 10-15 minutes with no confirmation so I pressed to cancel the ride (found another way to book a taxi). 2 days later I see that they charged me for some automatic subscribtion (which I did not activate, the site didn't say anything about any subscribtion). I called customer support. They told me I didn't cancel the ride and won't give the money back. If a taxi did indeed arive (even though I pressed to cancel) they didn't, in any way, let me know that it did. Do not use this scamming site.

I made a one-time payment of EUR 0.50 on Ridlyy. A few days later I was charged EUR 49.90 on the same card, even though I never agreed to any subscription or recurring payment, and nothing clearly told me further charges would follow.
I have contacted Ridlyy asking for a refund and cancellation, and I am still waiting for a resolution. Judging by the many similar reviews here, this is not an isolated case.
If you are asked to pay a small amount on this site, check carefully whether you are being signed up for a recurring charge, and monitor your card statement afterwards.
