After 24h of owning my car and not my first time buying from Richmond but my first time buying from the Bognor chery team,
What an experience I was well and truly looked after from start to finish. Special mention to Markus and Lou for directly looking after me and for the guy who over sees everything James for coming out and thank me for my business also special touch. Can’t thank you enough guys. Will definitely be back

RICHMOND BOGNOR.Brought a new Cherry Tirgo 7 in June 26.
From the 2nd week had upto 6 faults with the car. Drove to dealership and spoke to them. Totally not interested at the time. Booked the car in and faults found. Was told car needs a software update by need to get software from China!!. No courtesy car for 4 weeks. Car went back in was there for 5 weeks and no call to say what was going on. Spoke to dealership and was informed they forgot the car was in the back compound. Service manager took over the case and after 5 days was told the faults were found but still cannot be sorted. But if come up again bring it in.
Staff are totally a waste of time also lie and con customers. AVOID RICHMOND BOGNOR UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE TAKEN ON AND STILL HAVE ISSUES. Now October still faults and now another fault total 7 faults now.
They dont even get back to when putting in a official complaint. AVOID THEM!!!!!!!

Jake has been superb throughout are car buying process. He has a very attentive nature and has been very accommodating to our needs. I’m not the easiest customer to deal with, but he managed all my expectation and l can see him do really well in the future.

Thank you Brooke! I came in for guidance on car specs and different models and the comparisons and Brooke was SO helpful, she didn't rush me even though I 'd stopped her in the middle of her work, she sat down with me answered all my questions (there were a lot!) and would go back over anything I was unsure of! She walked me round the car and showed me what the differences would be. She made the whole experience enjoyable and much less stressful compared to different car dealerships.

Excellent service from Brooke at Bognor dealership. Friendly, knowledgeable. Worth the trip which took an hour plus to get there yes we purchased a car Tucson N Line S. Loving it. Thank you again yes a good selection of models available. Took our car in as part Ex .

Brooks, who dealt with our enquiry from the start was first class in all aspects of our purchase. She was friendly and amiable throughout the process, patiently explaining the process and answering any queries we had about the process and the vehicle.
If we were just marking Brooks it would be 5 stars, but the score is downgraded due to poor cleaning performance. The windscreen was very smeared internally and alongside the seats was dirty. Just a lack of attention to detail.
General it was a good experience dealing with the organisation!

Excellent welcome & customer experience

I was in the market for a new car and popped along to the Bognor branch to look at a specific model.

Bethany welcomed us and assisted in providing a good look over the model and invited us to sit in it whilst she meticulously ran over various features & benefits.

Nothing was too much trouble and Bethany was very knowledgeable.

After a test drive and careful deliberation we decided to go ahead with a part-ex my existing vehicle and arrange a convenient day to swap around and take delivery.

Communication from Bethany was amazing throughout the whole process and Bethany was well versed in making the entire process easy, hassle-free pleasant and slick.

Also huge thanks goes to John in service who took the time with me to learn some tips & tricks to enable the best from new car.

Popped in to have a look at a chery. Walked out buying one. Sophia was absaloutly amazing and her bubbly enthusiasm was the reason we bought the car there and then. She was very professional but also felt like a part of our family during the whole process. Keep up the amazing work 👏

I feel you should give your new salesmen the technology and training on it they require before leaving them to engage with customers. It was very frustrating for both us and the salesman when he had to keep referring to the manager

This is an exact copy of my googl review:

"GardX protection is a scam run by Bognor Regis dealership disguised as an extra service.
I bought my car with them.
As part of financing, I choose to pay for a car coat that will last "a life time", as advertised by Ben. Because it's part of the finance, I'll keep paying for the duration of the contract. I'm paying for a lie.

Edit: In my initial review (which I'm leaving here untouched), I was focusing more on the scamming aspect of the issue, however, because they put GardX in the contract and finance, because now it's a part of the contract, and they failed to do it, they're in the breach of the contract. I'll explore this avenue.

"Coating" lasted a week. I took the car back then for a re-coating and a check. Check done, coating done again, they even had the audacity to put a sticker with "GardX" on windshield, so I'll get it that it has been done, ROFL.

Please see the attachments after exactly 1 month and 3 weeks since the re-coating, there is NO water beading. Meaning that's bare paint. Nothing on it.
It was advertised as "lifetime protection". I'm guessing both my car and myself we're exceeding Bognor Regis Chery expectations by living more than 2 months? LOL.

I will buy some old fashioned carnauba wax from Halfords and some microfibre small towels (it will cost me £20, not £650), and I'll do it myself, as I should have done it from the beginning.

I ask you, how many 1 star reviews must be given to make up for that £650 "GardX" sticker on my windshield? Just curious."

Couldn’t be happier with my new car and the service received from the Richmond Hyundai team at Bognor. Brook made the whole experience a smooth, enjoyable process.

The sales man mick was very good at his job had no problem asking about the car would recommend Richmond motor company

We dealt mainly with Sophia in the dealership, Sophia was informative, helpful, bubbly and ensured every detail was correct and taken care of from start to finish. We will be back in the future for an upgrade when the time comes. I highly recommend Sophia and the Chery tiggo-7 summit.

The service from the salesman (Mike) was fine, he wasn't pushy and was quite informative.
However as an experience, not so good as we had to wait a week and a half for a car that was sat on the forecourt and are still waiting for someone to come back to us regarding the service package.
