We took the decision to move estate agents and use Richard Kendal after our house listing had no viewings. We didn't regret the decision, Richard Kendal were professional from start to finish and our account manager Liz was fantastic!

Always at the other end of the phone with advice when we needed it and kept us informed right the way through with any updates. She also kept things moving along with all parties involved including solicitors so we didn't have to.

Joanne and Donna were fantastic — they ensured my house sale earlier this year went incredibly smoothly. I would happily recommend them.

We have been trying to sell out for two years with a different estate agent. We made the decision to change to Richard Kendall’s a few months ago. Right from the start we had nothing but first class service. Especially from Elizabeth Cooke who was our designated contact. She is the most friendly, conscientious, professional person. Nothing was too much trouble for her.
We spoke several times a week with updates and I felt confident that she knew what she was doing.
I always felt like I was chatting with a friend.

I have attended as a private landlord, webinars and had conversations (with Matt) from the organisation on the upcoming renter rights act and the implications of it. I can only say their approach to offering support to people impacted by this legislation has been nothing short of faultless. I work as a Trainer delivering skills and content from customer services to sales and technical knowledge up and down the country to various organisations where the subject of customer service often comes up. My personal experiences across various organisations in various sectors is that customer service throughout the UK generally speaking is poor to say the least. However for an organisation to spend time sharing knowledge with people who may not be directly customer of theirs is wonderful to see and helps to restore your faith that there are decent companies out there, and I would have to say Richard Kendall's is one of those. I will certainly be using these guys as an example of what a shining light of excellent dedication to customers is. Thank you for the support and advice you have provided and if I lived closer to the areas you operate in, I would have no hesitation of using these guys.
