We recently sold our house through Richard James and couldn’t be happier with the service we received. From the very beginning, the team were professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable about the local market. They kept us updated every step of the way and were always available to answer any questions we had, making the whole process much less stressful than we expected.

Their advice was spot on, and we felt confident that our property was in the best hands. The communication throughout was excellent, and they worked hard to achieve a smooth and successful sale for us.

We would highly recommend Richard James to anyone looking to buy or sell – a truly reliable and professional estate agent who goes above and beyond.

This is the second time buying and selling with Richard James, and once again they’ve been outstanding. Their professional approach, well-timed guidance, and genuinely useful advice made the whole process feel clear and manageable from start to finish.

What really stands out is how consistent they are — whether it’s your first purchase or you’ve done this many times before, you always feel in safe, capable hands.

They truly are the Super Men of real estate — stepping in at just the right moment, keeping everything under control, and somehow making a stressful process feel easy.

Couldn’t recommend them more highly!

The agents are polite and responsive. as a landlord I have no hesitation in recommending them. Any requests are met with a 'can do' attitude and even the staff that are not in the lettings department take responsibility for a customer query if the right person can't be reached. Gemma is my agent and does a great job.

Richard James made our journey as first time buyers easy. Communication via the appropriate parties was efficient and effective. I would definitely recommend using their services to anyone thinking of buying.

Can’t recommend Richard and his team enough. They help make what can be a very stressful process much calmer and feel like partners all the way along. I would always use them over other agents!

We had a fantastic experience with Richard James, especially with Natalie, who was exceptional throughout our sale and purchase. Her communication was outstanding, keeping us updated at every stage and ensuring everything moved forward smoothly. She showed real perseverance in handling any challenges, making the whole process feel seamless. Natalie’s friendly and approachable manner made a stressful time much easier, and we always felt confident that we were in great hands. We highly recommend Richard James to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

First time buyer, fully supported by Richard James Estate Agent's team. Particularly Richard, Stacey and April. A somewhat stressful experience because of an unfortunate home report however the Richard James team helped me and the sellers at every step. Very grateful and happy customer.

All the team are fantastic sales with Matt and luca and then tieing it up with Julia barrows.
Richard James Old Town branch were recommended to me and although a little more expensive than others are well worth it. (you get what you pay for).
Everyone keeps you informed every step of the way with viewings till sold.
Julia with great communication between myself and the buyers definitely helped speed thing up.
They give you contacts you may choose to use along the way with moving companies and solicitors etc of which very good and efficient.
I all made this what is said to be the most stressful time in your life alot easier and not so stressful. Thank you to all. Worth your weight in gold.

Natalie goes above and beyond!
Going into the sale and purchase process for the first time, we didn’t know what to expect. Our experience with Natalie Leon of Richard James who’s the agent with our onward chain has far exceeded our expectations. She acts with a sense of urgency and professionalism that is rare to see. Not only is she on top of the purchase process, she’s also taken upon herself to oversee the sale of our property — something that our own agent and solicitors should have been responsible for but fell short. I honestly don’t know how things would have turned out without her as a driving force. We can’t recommend her highly enough.

Great agent, very professional. He was on the case and made the renting process so smooth and easy. I will definitely contact him again if I need a flat again !

Natalie was very supportive throughout the whole process. She was in constant communication with us and did everything to speed the process along. Thanks very much, Natalie!

Since walking in to Richard James in Wellingborough I had been heard about the type of property I wanted and had some viewings arranged with Stacey Carter who was very informative and anything she didn't know she would instantly email over as soon as she was back on the office after the viewing. She was also very honest in discussing all the properties viewed unfortunately I found a house with another estate agents but wanted to leave this review to say you would be in safe hands with Stacey Carter at Richard James.

Would recommend Richard James without hesitation. They are knowledgeable, honest and reassuring. I hadn't moved house for 25 years and previous experiences had been so stressful, I was expecting the same this time but with Richard James it just didn't happen. Natalie is a godsend - nothing is too much trouble and any problems she just seems to deal with them. We hardly did anything, Natalie knows what needs doing and when and just takes the stress out of the whole experience.

Natalie delivered again for me on the sale of 3 detached houses in Mill Hill. Highly recommended, always chasing lawyers to get the deal done, always helpful and making calls late in the day, thanks very much indeed!

Our agent was extremely helpful and her expertise and energy was fundamental to a smooth and efficient process of sale.

Richard from Richard James was a true professional. showed me the right options for me, worked hard to get the right deal in place for all parties and then project managed the deal to completion keeping everyone happy along the way. Diligent and efficient.

Friendly, efficient and effective communication to help get a buyer for our house in a timely manner. Natalie was brilliant, professional and supportive. She was always ahead and making sure we were well informed.

Big shout out to Natalie Leon. Our detached house in Mill Hill was marketed, sold and completed within 2 months. Natalie was a pleasure to deal with. Great communication and very proactive. Strongly recommended!!!!!

The height of professionalism and customer service and care. Right from the beginning we knew we were in the best hands possible. We have sold and bought our new house with Richard James and Natalie Leon has held our hand the whole way though this stressful yet exciting process. Always at the end of the phone, Natalie went above and beyond for us. So grateful to her and to Richard and James too.

Would 100% recommend Richard James Estate Agents. Not only was Natalie Leon always available at every stage of the sales process, she also supported us where she could with our purchase too. She has great knowledge, expertise, professionalism, dedication to her client and retains a common sense and practical approach throughout. A well deserved 5 star review.
