My father’s car insurance was increasing by 35% (£200) year on year and no logical explanation was given. He has been a loyal customer for a number of years who CJ clearly counts for nothing. He has never claimed so this increase was totally unacceptable

I have already explained this. I have been unable to open an on-line account and your customer services were no help. Suggested I “try again tomorrow”! I have tried again tomorrow and the next day but still not succeeding.

Paid twice after being told it could not process my credit card payment

Initial contact and filling in the required claim form online was very easy. The process then began quickly and approved local repairers were appointed. These were excellent and the repairs were completed in good time. The case was closed shortly afterwards with minimum inconvenience to myself. It was easy to contact the insurers if I needed any updates. I was very impressed with the service.

Service from RIAS has been good and rates cometitive.

Straightforward and good price.

Everything is laid out as it should be to make things easy, especially for older people like me, who can struggle using a computer because there weren't computers for children in schools back then; we had to put pen to paper. I would certainly renew my policy with you next year. Many Thanks.

Easy and stressless

Being able to speak to a real person who was helpful, polite and efficient.
Cannot remember exact date but it was some time in September this year before renewal due.

I was getting insurance for an elderly person who doesn't have access to the internet nor knowledge and I was able to reduce her insurance considerably and show her on screen what I was doing.
