I love the sample products. The perfume is beautiful and I can feel the difference in my skin already. It's just a shame the full sized products are so expensive.

I reached out to Rhug with an ordering issue I had and they reached back right away to help me with my problem. They assured me if it happened again that I could just contact them right away and they could process my order a different way. They were polite and wonderful to deal with. I answered them back and they responded with a wonderful email back.

Fast arrival, beautifully packaged but sustainable.

I purchased the toner from John Bell & Croydon while on holiday in London last week. I thought it was exquisite but what sold me was the quality assurance of the Leaping Bunny, Organic Soil Association and Vegan stamps. Keen to buy more I looked up the Rhug Estate on line and to my absolute horror discovered that Rhug Wild Beauty is from a farm estate that kills animals for meat and sickeningly is a shooting estate! Not vegan at all! The immorality of passing these products off as cruelty free is very disturbing. The comments below, of customers lauding the ‘cruelty free’ status shows how they have been duped. I was duped, by the packaging into believing that I had found a high end, pure product, but my money has gone to prop up the murder of wildlife and animal slaughter which is most likely halal slaughter as all organic meat is these days. No vegan/animal lover in their right mind would support this. I will be writing to the soil association and the other organisations and every vegan magazine to warn people of this scam against them. If we can’t trust the quality stamps, we are doomed.

I ordered the soap when I meant to order the hand cream as a present for a dear friend. Rhug sent her both items at no extra cost. Truly above and beyond customer service.

Exquisitely packaged, The boxes are the most heavenly shade of blue and before you even open them you know the contents are going to be very special. The oil has made my skin much more moisturised and comfortable. The mask is extraordinary, I think my skin looks luminous.
