I have so many products from this company because they're so good. I purchase the balms and creams for my children's eczema and it really has helped. I have the shampoo, oil, conditioner and hair mask for myself and my hair never felt so good.

Second time ordering from Delhicious and I absolutely love their products! They smell great and feel good on your skin and hair.
I use the shampoo and conditioner and my very dry hair feels softer and slightly more hydrated.
I really like the scalp oil as well.

Poor customer service
Poor customer service.
I've bought 4 of the balms and the last one I've purchased is grainy and sticky with a weird texture and doesn't melt. Contacted them to find out if there was a batch issue or formulation change. Was told I have to send it back for 'inspection' at my own cost,despite sending photos and batch numbers of the old and new balm. Surely if they don't think there's a batch issue then sending a replacement to someone who is clearly a product fan and loyal customer makes way more sense? I work in healthcare and recommend this product to my eczema and psoriasis patients too. Definitely going to look for an alternative product to use and recommend. Really disappointed by this experience.

Regarding your feedback on our balms - they are 100% natural and poured by hand and therefore the colour/consistency can vary from batch to batch which is normal and the benefits are not affected by this. As the team were unable to see anything unusual on the images, they felt it best to physically inspect the item and of course would replace the item for you at no cost.

Sent out the wrong item
Sent out the wrong item. Had a chat on their live chat option just to be told to email someone else at the end. Just to go through the whole process of sending back the items and waiting another week for the item I ordered originally.

Great hair products, but the lotion and service are a major letdown
I have been a loyal customer of this brand for a while and will continue to buy their hair products and balms as I have always had a great experience with them. However, the lotion is a massive disappointment and completely different in quality.
Despite being marketed as a moisturizer, the lotion does not soak into the skin. It leaves a sticky, tight, and uncomfortable film that I was forced to wash off immediately. It is simply unfit for its intended purpose.
When I raised this with customer service, the experience went from bad to worse. An advisor named Nic was incredibly dismissive, repeatedly telling me my physical experience was merely a "subjective preference." He even went as far as to tell me the product "does not require washing off," effectively telling me my own experience was wrong because other customers are happy.
It is a shame to see a brand I support hide behind "dermatologist approved" claims to ignore a legitimate product failure. While I love the balms and hair care, the handling of this complaint shows a significant lack of customer service training. To be told that an unusable product is just a "preference" is patronizing and unprofessional. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, as the current support is driving away loyal customers.

We appreciate you sharing your honest experience about both the product and the way your feedback was handled and this has been shared wider internally. I also wanted to take this opportunity to provide you with some context on the specific product which you were not happy with. Our lotion has been specifically formulated for customers with eczema and psoriasis and with this in mind, it is designed to hold some moisture at the skin surface. Ingredients such as Shea butter intentionally form a barrier to reduce water loss and hence, I understand the feeling you've described. Generally, these types of products are specially formulated for very dry or problem skin and are heavier by design as they prioritise protection over a synthetic/cosmetic finish. I hope this helps a little to clarify.

Horrible grainy texture
I ordered the 4 lip balms and 2 of them are very grainy and rough and feel like they contain lots of microplastic beads in them. When I contacted customer service, they said this is probably due to the natural ingredients causing crystallisation and will melt into an oil when applying. This was not the case and it was very rough and uncomfortable to apply. I will be returning this.

What a delight to deal with this company, I had a slight issue with my order which in the end was my problem but it was dealt with immediately so efficient ! The products are beautiful so easy to use and make my skin feel lovely, can’t recommend them enough.
