Terrible customer service, put you with a company who just make it impossible to claim. Pass you from pillar to post. Policies not worth the bit of paper there written on.

Fantastic service from them today, it's Sunday, they were shut, but still called me back after I emailed them with a problem that was all my own fault relating to incorrect information that I gave them, Troy called me up, sorted the problem in less than a minute, he resent all the correct documents and sorted out my mistake, he really made me feel that I was important to them and that's what you want as a customer. Definitely worth writing a good review to let others know how good a job he did. Plus I got an amazing 20% discount via PlumbApp, so double happy now.
