Really excellent, personalised service. I have had a multi-car policy through Norton for years with the same friendly, knowledgeable and efficient client manager (Jayne Devey). I always feel valued and it is far better than dealing with one of the large online firms with their infernal algorithms and chatbots.

I’ve used Norton for many years now and always found them to be both competitive on price and deliver excellent customer service.
I use them for both house and car insurance and my account manager is called Reece, he is very thorough and always gets quickly back to you.

Disappointing so far... Employees always on leave.
We will see how this goes.
Hopefully they will up their game and I will be able to secure the household insurance I had hoped for.

Personal service from Usman is always helpful. I have used Heritage/Norton for many years for car insurance and for the last several years for home insurance. Usman manages to get competitive quotes but with the cover I need and is at the end of the line if I have any questions. Can't fault them.

Norton Insurance is the best broker for my classic car. My policy manager is Mellisa and she is always very helpful and knowledgeable about my insurance policy, it’s always a pleasure doing business with her.

I have used Norton for my car insurance for many years but have only just started using them for house insurance. Cameron Din was very helpful and easy to communicate with . The quote was very competitive and the service given was excellent. I would not hesitate in recommending Norton insurance Brokers for any of your insurance needs. Their motor/classic car insurance service is equally as good as the house insurance service and having one person to deal with (your personal manager) makes things so much easier.
