Rhino Billiards Anmeldelser

I’ve been really impressed with Rhino so far. Their products feel well-made and perform as promised, pricing is very reasonable, and customer service has been responsive and professional every time.

Special shout-out to Dustin in support, he was especially helpful and made the whole process smooth.

Rhino may be a newer brand, but they’re clearly working hard to make their mark and it shows. I’m pleased with my purchases and would wholeheartedly recommend Rhino to other players.

After buying a single shaft some months ago, I now ordered a full cue—the Retro cue, to be more precise—and a weight bolt kit. I have to say that the package arrived in just 5 days (in Europe), and the cue is perfect. The shaft is 12.5mm, but the deflection is extremely low, especially for a 12.5 shaft. It's a very balanced cue; the tip size makes it very forgiving, but you also get a lot of spin from it. The butt is very nice looking. Its default weight is 15.5oz (making the whole cue 19.5oz), and it accepts another 1.5oz if you like it heavier, like me. Also, the customer support was very prompt.
Great experience!

Courteous customer service, and fast reply’s. And there products are top notch. If you havent tried them I definitely recommend

Bought the USA CUE loved it so much I decided to by the matching Breaking Cue. Love the weight and of course the USA Flag colors and design. Unfortunately the Breaking Cue shaft broke somehow on a break. Tip fell off and there was a feeling that something inside was broken. I contacted Rhino and after everything sent it back and they had sent another at no cost before they seen the broken shaft. Showed up the other day. Definitely a company with common sense and morals. I will be letting anyone know that they stand behind their awesome product. Very happy to have bought. Next is jump Cue. Thanks again Rhino Billiards for making things right with your customers

Quality of the cue is excellent. After sale support was fantastic.

Your company was highly recommended by a man that does all the repairs and tip replacements at our local pool room. The shaft I purchased was carefully wrapped and protected. I really appreciated the communication and updates on the delivery process.

Buen producto y muy buenas sensaciones de juego con esta flecha, recomendable 100%. Solo falta que dure muchos años

so far I have not recieved my rhino carbon fiber shaft yet, however their customer service i've experienced has been top notch. would absolutely recommend 10/10 all the way.

I was gifted a shaft that unfortunately started to have paint peel. I reached out to Rhino well after the return window and they were nice enough to send me a replacement. Awesome customer service and great products!

Over the past few years, I finally decided to try the carbon fiber cues. I have a Predator SP2 with their Revo shaft, a Cuetec SVB2 with the cynergy shaft and the Retro with their Rhino shaft. From a shooting standpoint, I can't tell much difference in any of them, other than the cost. The Retro shoots just as well as the others at less than half the price. I have also had several compliments on the looks of the Retro. I have a cocobolo and a snakewood version. Both with the leather/microfiber wrap and points. Definately more bang for the buck in my opinion and I would recommend this cue to anyone!

Very trusted brand fast shipping and very helpful with any question. I highly recommend

I ordered the shaft only, and I was so upset cause I ordered the wrong pin size. Rhino was great to help me through the return process, got my money back, and it made me decide to buy the retro cocobolo set up. I absolutely love it. While I was aware through previous reviews that the tip may be questionable, I did eventually change it out with a predator victory tip. You really can’t beat the price for this cue. If you’re thinking about it, just do it

I just recently.
Purchased a carbon fiber shaft from rhino.
And and the shipping was super fast. Well paswell, packaged the shaft. Plays extremely well . love the balance, love the sound.
The shaft played extremely well.
And for and look forward to seeing.
How one of their cues play may be in the future.

Excellent product and great customer service support! They helpped me with my questions and were there along the whole process. Also the shipping company was very good (UPS). It took 15 days since the purchase but that was the expected. Everything was smooth. You guys got a new customer forever and I will recommend you. Kind regards from Madrid (Spain).

Shaft doesn't roll true but plays great (probably cause I only own a cheap shaft) anyways, pending on response.

Very EXCELLENT customer service!! Their cues & shafts are FANTASTIC!!!! GREAT VALUE for an affordable price!!!!

The shipping was quick and the product is awesome. I bought the 3/8X10 shaft for my Lucky by McDermott butt. It is amazingly light and smooth. You could use a closed bridge with it with no glove and it glides very well. I love it and practice with it every day. I can't speak to the tip as I always remove the tip from any shaft I buy and replace it with a Kamui, a super soft in this case. Well done Rhino!

Shaft looks and feels good. Can’t wait to try. Thankfully I found the Crystal tip taped to the bubble wrap.

Great customer service! Super helpful and understanding

The shipping was super fast. I wasnt expecting to get this within a week so that was a huge bonus. I absolutely love my new cue. Played league with it for the first time last night. The difference is insane. Controlled and precise.

My only negative was while shopping the website a got a notification to choose my free gift with purchase and one of the options was a glove but they charged me for it anyway.
