Reykjavik Rent a Car Anmeldelser

This marks another instance of utilizing this company's car rental services, and once again, the experience was highly satisfactory. The staff demonstrated exceptional helpfulness and preparedness, while the vehicles were maintained in a clean and well-equipped condition. The company is highly recommended, particularly for its user-friendly online booking system and efficient customer service.

Molto bene, tutto davvero impeccabile

Great experience. Everything went smoothly from renting a car online a day before piking it up til picking it off at the evening few days later. The car was clean and in a perfect condition.

👍 car, super friendly staff, and excellent service!

Everything was fine, easy going and friendly.

Even after certain complications everything went smooth, maybe some employers could change their attitude 😎👍👌

The rental went very smoothly. Pick up and drop off were stress-free and efficient. We appreciated being able to pick up and drop off at 2 different locations. Drop off at the airport is an easy 5-minute walk to Keflavik airport. Our rental was brand new and drove very nicely. Everything about the experience helped make our visit memorable.

快速與便利，車子內部乾淨

The staff was friendly and helped this tourist out with great advice.

We are absolutely thrilled with our experience with the Reykjavik Rent a Car and our spotlessly clean, brand new Suzuki Vitara! Pickup was really fast, and drop-off was easy and efficient. The rental agency has a convenient app with all the information you need for your trip. The car performed sensationally during our journey around Iceland, where we drove 4500 kilometers, including the demanding F-roads in the interior, and it even easily crossed a river! The Vitara handled every terrain without a problem, providing us with comfort and safety. Thanks to it, we could admire all the wonders of Iceland stress-free. We highly recommend it!

Nice and helpfull staff. Free upgrade of vehicle and cars in great conditions. Will definitely use again and recommend to others visiting Iceland.

Easy to find and good service.
The conditions of the car weren't good.

Many things were wrong: (i) after less than 2 hours driving the engine temperature was rising high, need to stop and found that the coolant reservoir was way below the “LOW” level, needing to stop for an hour to have it cool down and walk to the nearest station to buy a coolant, this condition continued and needed to return the car. (ii) The metal screws inside the box roof were protruding and lacked any kind of protective covering, which resulted in significant damage to our luggage. Got an apology and a commitment of a ridiculous amount for reimbursement due to these problems.

J'ai loué un Dacia Duster pour 15 jours. Aucun problème avec le véhicule durant le séjour. Le mode 4x4 est parfois bien utile sur les routes non goudronnées

We got a bit older car. But age shouln't be a problem. But the passengers door had a gap. That made so much noise that we couldn't listen to music. On top of that: when raining the water came into the car!

Excellent and transparent service!
Fast & efficient rent of the cars.
Recommend 👍🏼

We really enjoyed the KIA RIO for our 2 weeks roadtrip around Iceland. Very nice team who answered all our questions and everything went smoothly, plus the pick up/drop off near the center of Reykjavik was perfect. I highly recommand.

The pick up and drop off where super easy and effective, everything worked out great, it was my 1st time renting a car, and I will rent again with the same company for sure!

Of course! Here's a general car rental review you can customize depending on your experience:
