They Didn't give withdraw, I used 5 month ago but still my withdraw is in pending

EDIT: As of a couple days ago, their website completely stopped working. Their site goes down pretty frequently, but this time it's because they didn't renew their domain.

Experience with RevBid started off really well. High-quality ads, responsive customer support, decent CPMs. However things fell apart shortly after receiving payments.

First, a fraction of the money showed in the dashboard did not arrive. Customer service claimed it was due to payment fees and invalid traffic. I closely monitor traffic and use Cloudflare bot protection so I asked RevBid if they could elaborate further and clarify what the "payment fees" were. After this, they stopped responding to me completely.

It's been almost a month without response from them. I tried contacting via email, Skype, and their ticket system.

CPMs also dropped aggressively in mid-January. Their dashboard is extremely bare-bones and hardly gives you any analytics, making it impossible to diagnose potential problems.

RevBid is a great service held back by it's non-existent customer support. I'd be happy to increase my rating if they ever got back to me.

I am writting a second review, today i have recieved my third payment from revbid. They have been an amazing to me, if i had any troubles or questions, the support team or internal team has always answered fairly quickly

So, I used this website and lost $1600 USD.

How, you might ask?

Short version: I submitted my payment details, and »70 days later«, they sent the payment to someone else's wallet.

Long version:

—What I did wrong:
1- Not enabling 2FA. When I started working with this website, they claimed they would pay via crypto. I registered and started working, but there wasn't any option to receive payments using crypto. So, I didn’t see the point in enabling 2FA. When they added the option about 20 days later, I entered my payment details and waited 70 days for the payment to arrive. I didn't even know if they had 2fa option when I created my account or they added it later. I work with all kinds of services—shorteners, file-sharing websites, etc.—and I’ve never had any problems with payments, with or without 2FA. I use a strong, unique password for each website and take all the necessary precautions to stay safe in this risky world.

—What they did wrong: Oh boy, where do I start? The website is a mess, full of security and operational bugs. They recently recovered from a hack that encrypted the entire database. They’re just a bunch of kids with no sense of responsibility or moral obligation, running an incomplete website commercially. It lacks basic security features.

1-They don’t use CAPTCHA for logins, inviting brute-force attacks.

2-They send absolutely no notification emails when someone logs into your account, changes the password, or updates the payment details. Most websites send a link for you to confirm these changes, but this one doesn’t even send a basic notification.
Update: They recently added this feature, but it’s too late for me—it already cost me $1600.

Manual verification: If you know your website is vulnerable and see that a user hasn’t enabled 2FA, maybe manually confirm the payment details before sending $1600 to whatever wallet is there. Or don’t send payments at all if 2FA isn’t enabled—especially for large amounts. Not to mention, when there's a 70 days gap before the payments.

Now who’s to blame? They say it’s my fault because I didn’t enable 2FA, but they take no responsibility for the issues I mentioned. You be the judge. Maybe enabling 2FA would have prevented this(maybe not), but so would some basic security features on their website.

I’m a respected webmaster with over a decade of experience, and I’ve never experienced anything like this. I know what I’m doing; I keep everything safe, and I use a hardware wallet, checking everything multiple times. There’s absolutely zero chance anyone had my password. That’s all I know. Maybe someone hacked them, or someone brute-forced their way into my account because there’s nothing to prevent it.

A simple email saying “someone logged into your account” or “your payment details have changed” would have prevented this mess. Or simply using manual verification. But they take no responsibility whatsoever.

I stopped working with them immediately. I can’t put my hard-earned money in the hands of these kids. You shouldn’t either.

Business is not always about making money. You should be responsible and stand by your mistakes.

You can't just decide not to pay $1600 of their money. This can destroy their business.

Since I started my project I started working with them, the CPM obtained was quite high.... because my site did not have the indicated traffic, my impressions were not that high but the CPM did compensate for it, the system they use is very good and the payments are fast, I would honestly recommend them to monetize websites.
