facing delay in payments and zero percent support team interest in customers prob solving aproach.
no reply to tickets..even fater one month tickets are waiting for response to reply or even to mark ticket as read.
withdrwals status are pending since it completed n60.

I have received my first payout from RevBid, which is definitely a positive point. The payment was processed successfully and on time, so in terms of payout reliability, everything was fine.
However, I am quite disappointed with the CPM. In the beginning, both CPM and ATA CPM were good, but after some time, the CPM dropped significantly. Currently, it mostly stays between $0.50 and $0.75.
My website gets good impressions and real traffic, visitors are coming regularly, but I don’t understand why the CPM is so low despite decent traffic and engagement.
Overall, RevBid is reliable for payments, but the earning potential is affected due to low CPM. If they improve CPM optimization, the network could perform much better.

They are not releasing my payment even after 70 days first of all i raised a ticket on 1 January 2026 they replied that there is issue in releasing payment because of newyear now its 9th of January i raised another ticket they are not even responding to the ticket i am writing this after being very frustrated by this company.

It has been almost five months, but I still haven’t received my payment. I have contacted customer support many times, but I’m not getting any response.

Hey @Revbid support team, I am really satisfied to work on Revbid but I have not received one of my august payment I have worked in July and payment was added on date 1 August my payment was in pending but unfortunately I wasn’t added billing information then I added billing info on October 27 and almost 2 months completed still not receive the payment my billing address & (KYC) all verified 🙂

My experience with RevBid support has been extremely disappointing.

I’ve been facing a major issue where none of my ad placements load any actual ads — not even on a clean HTML test page without WordPress, plugins, caching, or any external interference.

I opened support tickets, provided console logs, explained everything in detail, and even followed up multiple times.
Yet after 4+ days, I haven’t received a single proper response or update. One of my tickets was marked “In Progress,” but even after replying, nobody responded. I’m just completely ignored.

As a support team, it is their responsibility to assist publishers when there is a technical problem, especially when we’ve already confirmed it’s not due to device, browser, geo, or hosting. I tested:

-Different hosts
-Different domains
-Raw HTML pages
-Same device/browser that loads RevBid ads on other websites
-USA VPN
-Clean environment with no blockers or conflicts

Still no ads appear, while the same ads load perfectly on other websites using the same setup. That clearly shows the issue is on RevBid’s end — possibly related to placement activation, Prebid/GPT mapping, or their internal system.

I expected at least basic communication, but instead I’ve been left waiting for days with no help at all. For an ad network, support should not take this long to even acknowledge a serious issue.

I have already received my payment through crypto, and I am still working with you all, but I am facing a problem with low CPM and the same ads. Can a solution be found for this? Also, 60-70% of the daily earnings are deducted on a daily basis. Therefore, please resolve these issues so that the customer is satisfied."

Please guide me how i can increase CPM and how to decrease this 60,70% cutting daily base.

I don't know why Revbid Having Low Rating It's One Of Most Trusted Ad Network And Bidding Platform Smooth Ads Experience With Good CPM And Timly Payments I Suggest Using Revbid.

They did not pay me the amount and rejected my payment saying remove the company name and I sent my payment again please if any Revbid manager sees this give me my payment. And why is a friend of mine requesting a withdrawal for more than 5 months and we did not pay him and the support does not respond to us I do not know how a company like this does not have support you are losing it not gaining and will close in the end my friends and I are among the people who will leave you unfortunately you receive money from advertisers and partners you have Fawry but we send every two months and in the end they do not send it I hope you look closely at this issue before you lose publishers I like your company system so I hope I do not end the partnership with you I was intending to advertise for you since you have a large following on social media. Received my payout recently, NET60 based payments. Thanks to Revbid. Earlier payouts also have been released on time. You can trust the man Bernhard :)

I have been using RevBid as an ad network on my website, but unfortunately, the ad loading experience has not been good. The ads take a very long time to appear on the site, which affects both user experience and overall earnings. Sometimes, visitors leave before the ads even load.

This delay can negatively impact RPM and bounce rate, especially for websites that rely on fast-loading content. I hope the RevBid team looks into optimizing their ad delivery system for better speed and performance.

Until this issue is resolved, I cannot recommend it to other publishers who care about page speed and user retention
