Jeff is such a great IT expert. He is professional and is particularly good at not making IT dinosaurs seem like IT dinosaurs. I recommend him to anyone who needs a trustworthy IT support person.

I found Jeff Stiff
I found Jeff Stiff, Retupmoc, to be very professional, knowledgeable, experienced, courteous, prompt (arrived at the stated time) and most importantly he solved my computer and internet problems. Fees were very reasonable, Would highly recommend Retupmoc to others.

Geoff was prompt. Called beforehand to confirm the time. Took the time to explain what he was doing without making you feel like an idiot but didn't waste any time. fees were very reasonable. I would be extremely happy to recommend this service to others.

My experience with Retupmoc!
My experience with Retupmoc, and particularly with its representative with whom I have had to deal, has been 5 stars all the way.
Courtesy and patience shown in buckets, and I am not really very well up in the technology, but Jeff has been very patient, and walked me through the problems, without making me (and I am 85 years old!!) feel dumb or a pest.

Retupmoc is excellent. 5 stars. Nothing is too difficult - the service is above and beyond and it is so good to be able to understand what he is saying. I would recommend Retupmoc to anyone.
