Geoff fixed the problem I had with my…
Geoff fixed the problem I had with my computer which was at times taking hours to start up. Seems the fault was that the computer was trying to open on my TV screen which was connected to my computer with an HDMI cable. He also got rid of a malware and installed anti maloware software. I was happy with the outcome.

Great service
Retupmoc was recommended to me by a friend and I'm glad I engaged their service. Jeff was very responsive to my computer needs and knowledgeable about how to transfer data and emails. I was most impressed by his honest approach to various options.

PC failing to power up
Geoff came to diagnose why my PC was not powering up despite a new power supply having been installed. We also discovered the internal hard drives were failing. Geoff diagnosed an intermittent fault with the C drive hard drive - a fractured mounting for the power supply. He remedied the C drive issue. He was thorough and personable.

Makes IT a little less daunting

Updating of computer from Windows Vista to Windows 10.
Jeff was very patient, knowledgeable, reassuring with what I had achieved but couldn't get there. It was a difficult task but he worked through it and we got all that we needed to. He was also able to help with another laptop and to my daughter's relief has it back and working (now able to back up her files). Thank you Jeff

Jeff advised me of a product he could supply that dd exactly what I wanted it to do. When it fell short he massaged the situation and eventually made the product do what he had promised. He was always courteous, skilled and did his job with minimal disruption to our daily routine.
