There's nothing this guy cannot fix!! Everything I have had he has been able to fix and has done a wonderful job. Very reasonable prices and keeps open communication all throughout the repair process. Cannot recommend him enough.

I've had multiple repairs done by the folks at Retro6US, ranging from common stuff like trace repair, to wildly complex and expensive items like atari jaguar's and turbografx CD's. They will go above and beyond to make sure your item is repaired, and they do it correctly everytime.

Do not hesitate to get ahold of them for any repair, no matter how small or complex. I use no one else to repair my video games and hardware except these guys.

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I initially shipped two Neo Geo Pocket Color systems for repair, and later sent a ColecoVision and two Game Boys as additional work. Unfortunately, the process quickly became difficult.

They expressed reluctance to accept the repairs, citing damage to the shipping box and stating that a power supply was not included which was there. They ended up cancelling both of my Neo Geo Pocket Color repair orders. One unit had already been repaired, while the other had not. Ultimately, they chose to return all of my items, stating that I should have provided more detailed documentation about the repairs. I would have gladly provided whatever documentation they needed if they had a more structured or professional mail-in repair form available on their website.

I understand that they may be understaffed or under pressure, and I was fully willing to be patient with longer turnaround times and even pay higher rates if necessary. Nothing I submitted was marked as urgent. However, instead of communicating options or setting expectations, they chose to cancel everything and return the items rather than working toward a solution.

I also asked if the already repaired unit could be shipped directly to my customer, and while they declined (which is their right), the overall handling of the situation felt abrupt and unprofessional, especially since I was trying to send them additional business.

If their workload is too high, it may benefit them to consider raising prices or expanding staff rather than declining work in this manner. Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend them they also blocked me on their discord server which adds to them taking this personal when I was understand and I wasn't an impossible customer.

Die Produkte sind wirklich hochwertig und durchdacht – besonders der CleanAmp Pro und die Power Boards haben mich überzeugt.

🔧 Einbau & Qualität:
Das Verlöten ist angenehm einfach und auch für Hobby-Modder gut machbar. Nach dem Einbau funktionieren die Komponenten einwandfrei und liefern genau die Leistung, die man erwartet.

✨ Design & Optik:
Die Holo-Sticker für meinen Game Boy Advance SP sehen optisch richtig stark aus – vor allem der Effekt im Licht ist ein echter Hingucker 👌

⚠️ Kleiner Kritikpunkt:
Leider ist mir aufgefallen, dass einer der Holo-Sticker bereits bei der Lieferung eine kleine Kratzspur hatte. Zusätzlich ist beim Aufkleben bzw. später beim Spielen durch meine eher raue Fingerfläche ebenfalls eine kleine Spur entstanden.
Hier könnte das Material eventuell etwas robuster sein.

👉 Fazit:
Trotz dieses kleinen Mangels bin ich mit RetroSix sehr zufrieden. Die Technik-Produkte sind top, zuverlässig und machen genau das, was sie sollen. Bei den Stickern wäre etwas mehr Widerstandsfähigkeit noch wünschenswert.

Very happy with the service provided by RetroSix.

Purchased a made to order modded Dreamcast.
It arrived damaged from transit unable to power on, but after contacting their support via the RetroSix Discord server, I was able to send it back and it was fixed, then was sent back to me within in the week.

Also I must have got unlucky with a faulty SD Card as it was not loading the games correctly, but after installing GDEMU on a Sandisk SD Card and copying the games over it now works great :)
I will purchase from RetroSix again.

Luke and the team at RetroSix are amazing ive ordered a few parts from them now from new shells to their IPS screens even now their Clean power circuit for the consoles. so easy to install and the guide is extremly easy to follow with step by step.

Luke and the team at Retrosix.co.uk are fantastic, i sent my Sega Game Gear in for repair and upgrades. They got it working perfect and the upgrades included a new clean screen and usb-c power. I saw a review below complaining about the time for a repair. You have to realise these lads are very busy and have at any time hundreds of things to repair or make. Mine was done within 2-3 weeks and they even gave me a brand new protective case worth around £13 for FREE. Be patient and i guarantee you will not regret their service. They also sell pre built systems and at reasonable prices, if you are wanting to start your retro cave give these guys a look - you will NOT be disappointed. Luke even did my repair on a live stream so i could see every stage, he even explains the process which for me just starting our doing repairs helped me no end. His website also has one of the most detailed wiki information pages for just about every retro console. AMAZING GUYS 5 STARS

My girlfriend got me a custom-made Sega Saturn for Christmas and it's probably the best present anyone had ever got me.

Was packaged very secure.

Works perfectly with my CRT-TV and looks great when plugged into my modern TV.

The case is definitely used (as stated on the website), but I didn't want this to keep immaculate.. I wanted it to play Saturn games with my son.

Already eyeing up my next retro console and will be sending in my old nakerd Game Gear for repair.

Great price for such a good little mod.
The fact that there is the option of UK postage at just £1 is nice for when you don't mind waiting a while (as you should expect for such a price).
Would definitely consider buying from this business again in the future.

Sent my faulty GameGear to Retrosix for repair, and also chose to upgrade the screen and power system to USB-C and battery. The GameGear has been returned within the specified time frame working perfectly with a much improved screen AND a complimentary hard carry case. I could not be happier with the service.

Ordered a GBC replacement sticker for the back top quality and fast delivery will order from them again.

I ordered a GBA Crystal Blue shell kit from them and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The shell of very high quality and the fact that it comes bundled with everything you need to assemble a gameboy shell such as the glass screen, buttons, rubber pads, simple precision tools, etc. Is of praise for me. I should also note that it is indeed sent and packaged with care and love. Will definitely keep the shop under my eye in the future.

I ordered portugal and the process was pretty much smooth and as quick as can be, got it in under a week but warning to those ordering from portugal, you're going to have to pay customs

Artikel kam relativ schnell aus England und war genau wie erwartet. Gut, dass es diesen Laden gibt, es ist schwierig, in Deutschland Originalteile für Sega Mega CD zu bekommen.

Atari lynx power kit worked on my s2 lynx was not hard to fit and did the job after fitting new caps.

My package took more than 2 weeks to be delivered, I tried ringing the phone number on their website numerous times and never answered. I decided to order one of the items again but through their eBay store and arrived after a couple of days after I ordered but before my original order arrived.
