Peerces is hands down the best restaurant in Baltimore county. Exquisite garden dining, beautiful dining room with jumbo glass garage doors wooing to the outside. The ambience is incredible and the food is spectacular. Delicious choices of both Indian and Continental food. The service is outstanding. Prices are fair.
Our favorites are the Naan bread with eggplant and the entree chicken Mish Mishya, and Lamb Vandaloo are delicious. The vegetable cuddy is an amazing starter. Everything is outstanding. Beautiful drive past the Loch Raven reservoir. This place cannot be beat. 5 stars
Terrible booking system
Terrible booking system. Really buggy, deleting details as I try to enter them in. Completely blocked me from making a reservation for a restaurant and now looking to eat elsewhere.
Reservation over ruled by a wedding and no notice received.
This company does not handle reservations. I booked reservations for my birthday two years in a row at the Linekin Bay Resort in Boothbay Harbor, Maine through Resy and no one knew about the reservation. Got turned away because of a wedding. Both times. Should someone not know that a wedding is planned and cancel or contact people to let them know they do not have a reservation. They would not be happy if I didn't show up if there was no wedding. Difficult to make other arrangements last minute. Resy is a joke. Do your job!!!
NEVER AGAIN
NEVER AGAIN! Resy began canceling my reservations via email two hours before our reserved times. The first time I thought was a fluke, but after 3 times in a row, I realized it was a problem with Resy. I went to the restaurant directly to tell them to please book me a direct reservation because I cannot use the RESY system. Unbelievably, the restaurant booked me and set I was all set, we show up for our table and it turns out the hostess I spoke to put me in the restaurant RESY system and once again, my reservation was canceled, 45 minutes before our reserved time and the restaurant had no tables for us, we had to eat at the bar. NEVER AGAIN - I avoid RESY RESTAURANTS because I cannot risk dinner plans. It is ridiculous.
Scammed me out of £150
I had a text reminding me of my booking with "please reply "9" to cancel".
I replied 9 and thought I was done with it. However, I didn't notice they had sent a follow up text saying "Cancel your reservation. Reply "Yes""
I therefore missed this and was charged £150 for cancelling within 24 hours.
Why should I have to cancel twice? It's ridiculous.

3rd time...all different restaurants that Resy has screwed up. I avoid restaurants that use this platform. Really sucks since restaurants don't like to answer the phone anymore.

I hate Resy
I hate Resy! First of all, it doesn't have an Android app. When I try to use it, it isn't easy getting the correct city. Then it just spins around and then times out.
Open Tabke is so much easier to use.
The worst platform
The worst platform, I don’t even know why all restaurants are using them now . Where is open table? Can’t cancel or manage booking every single time when I want to do it, the flat form just go back to main page.
MY CARD INFO HAS BEEN STOLEN!!
I have used my credit card to book table for a restaurant with Resy yesterday (10/4) afternoon. Starting from the evening I have continuously received a few transaction requests from the credit card bank, meaning that my credit card information has been stolen. As I haven’t used that credit card in the past three months until my booking with Resy yesterday, it’s believed that the info was likely stolen from my booking with Resy. Although I suspended my credit card after I saw the unauthorised payment requests, I’m still receiving many more sms notifications for payment requests. I have contacted Resy via email to report this issue. However, in the email they only emphasised that they used a validated service provider and no chance the users’ info can be stolen. Well…my card info has just been stolen on the same day with the booking with Resy. From the email reply I highly doubt if they will do anything to help or fix the security issues. So, please do not use Resy. Don’t risk your bank account info by just booking a restaurant.

Happy Monkey was amazing food. I found it very difficult to make a reservation. One of the managers (Melmet) was so helpful and welcoming.He made sure we had very good service. I have one complaint, I ordered a glass of sincere and I wasn’t pleased with quality and it was $24. Not worth it. Although the food deserves 5 stars. Marie G

It’s honestly surreal to come across a booking system that is supposed to simplify the system for restaurants and yet dies the absolute opposite. Clunky, unwieldy, and under the impression it’s the protector of some kind of pirates treasure in its constant verification and re verification when all I want to do is book somewhere to eat. Just awful. I guess the only saving grace is that restaurants will read the many many many awful reviews and use someone else. Or even go back to installing a landline.

You are not transparent. I want to read customer reviews and your system blocks that. Seems like that's a ploy to attract restaurants as clients (and protect them!) since negative customer reviews are never posted. I will no longer patronize restaurants that only contract with RESY.

They stored my card details without asking me and tried to charge my card months after the reservation was made. Tried to contact customer services but they’re ignoring my emails. Don’t add any personal information to your account.

Restaurants of London - DO NOT USE RESY
Unable to login although my password was correct as I had just reset it. Luckily I was logged in on my laptop however when I tried to reserve a table it said my card was invalid although it isn't - I just used Open Table to reserve another restaurant instead. Any restaurant that use Resy are seriously stupid as this is not the first time I have given up on reserving a table with Resy as it is impossible and incredibly frustrating!
Will not use again
Took me so long to try and make a reservation - had to swap to a computer as it didn’t work on my iPhone, then it kept having me re-log in which meant it reset the date of my booking and so I didn’t even end up with a correct reservation. Will probably have my card charged.
