Not only did I get it the next day but what a beauty. Sid made suggestions that made my resume better than I could have imagined. They not only craft great resumes offering many template styles, they even revise and/or create cover letters that are concise, yet detailed enough for employers to read with ease. One of the writers helped in offering a suggestion to my own dilemma. I had been contemplating whether to use my personal email and telephone number on my resume; they gave a suggestion. I now have an email and phone number just for prospective employers to respond to me.

I would proceed with caution. The services for my resume didn’t live up to expectations, and arrived later than promised. My LinkedIn profile was never completed. When asking them to honor their guarantee and to give my money back, the runaround began. They falsely claimed the refund was issued and blamed my bank for not processing, but couldn’t provide any proof of this transaction being processed on their end. I had high expectations coming across their website, but was highly disappointed with every aspect of working with them. I would absolutely proceed with caution if you are going to do business with them. I am now disputing the charge with my credit card company since they aren’t honoring their guarantee.
