Mike Smith and his team are true to their word. The value they deliver can not be understated. They consolidated, rewrote, and reformatted my resume - not only is it more attractive, but it's custom-made for computer/AI screening. They also wrote a standard cover letter, value proposition letter, and thank you letter, and provided a professional profile makeover on LinkedIn.

Working with them is an iterative process. Once you discuss your goals and provide them with your existing material, they immediately get to work. They send you their work in Word format (they probably also deliver in other formats) and it is set to review mode so that you can add comments & feedback and send it back to them. They integrate your feedback and email it back to you. And so on, until you are satisfied. They are professional, timely, and completely trustworthy. I highly recommend Resume Profs!

From time to time, you come across people or entities that make a difference in your life, and I can safely say Resume Profs is one of these.
What do I mean by that, yesterday, early morning, I need it to have my resume redone the following day.
To my surprise I was told that it will be possible, and today as promised, I received my final version of my new resume .
Shocked is not the word, when I saw my (new business card), as I call it, it represents who I am, my life, my work experience which spans for 30 or more years.
For the record, it's impossible to get quality for a fair price, most companies will over charge.
If you're in need to redo your resume, please give this company a chance, you will not regret your decision.

I go to them for my resume every time, I’ve always been happy with the results. Anytime I need to update my resume I just go back to them. We do so much for companies that sometimes it’s hard to describe everything so they work wonders for me.

If I could give a lower rating, I would! I reached out to Resume Profs in late September 2023. I was asked to provide a copy of my current resume for review with the implied task that it would be rewitten to increase my chances of getting hired. To make a long story short, my resume was cut and pasted onto a word template and sent back to me. Not only did they cut and paste my original resume bullets, they didn’t have the decency or apptitude to create a new document. They seriously cut and pasted my information onto another person’s resume and renamed it! Needless to say, the incompetence was captured on an ATS! Yes, I had somehow become a cruise attendant! Sid Meng, Jeff Ferrell, Mike Smith, and Joe Smith, DO BETTER! It is now Dec 5th, and I am still trying to get my refund! I have been getting the run around for the last 2 months with promises that I will receive my refund in 24-48 hours or the next 4-5 days that it takes to process you refund! Yes, I will be reortin this to the BBB. I would not recommend this service to anyone.

Where to start? First, I will say the customer service was respectful, courteous, professional, and excellent follow-up.
I was "extremely concerned" after reading the reviews posted and reached back out after I made the purchase.
Chris and Joe eased my fears of the reviews and we proceeded with the order.
To be completely transparent, the turn around time was within 24 hours. However, the first draft that was sent for review was completely unacceptable. To say that I wasn't disappointed or feeling a certain type of way about money out with no ROI was an understatement. A lot of errors.
While I was looking at the draft, I received a call from the company. I was thankful that they called. I basically asked for a refund and was told that I would receive a call on Monday to speak to the person in charge of refunds.
On that Monday, I received a call and another draft in my email. After a few changes, I was completely satisfied with the product they provided.
I also would like to add that through the entire time we communicated via email or a call, they were very patient.

I previously wrote about my unsatisfactory experience with this company, specifically regarding their lack of professional service and my ongoing struggle to receive a refund. It has now been over two weeks since my last update, and disappointingly, there has been no progress on their end.

In an unexpected turn of events, the company asked me to remove my review, suggesting that doing so would expedite the refund process. This has happened once before too. This request raises serious concerns about their business ethics and transparency. Not only does this practice seem highly unprofessional, but it also borders on being potentially illegal, as it manipulates customer feedback for their benefit.

Despite agreeing to their terms of removing my first review in hopes of resolving this issue, the refund is still pending. It's been a lengthy and frustrating journey, with the company giving me the runaround every step of the way. Their customer service continues to be non-responsive and evasive, providing no concrete answers or solutions.

This experience has been more than just an inconvenience; it's a cautionary tale for anyone considering using their services. The lack of accountability and professionalism shown by this company is alarming. I can only imagine how many others might have been similarly affected and potentially silenced.

I strongly advise against using this company's services. Their approach to handling customer concerns and their unethical practices in managing reviews are major red flags. Potential customers should be wary of engaging with a business that operates in such a deceptive and unprofessional manner.

I have used ResumeProfs multiple times through the last few years. I am just not savvy when it comes to making an attractive resume. I prefer to leave it to the professionals. Both times I had them create my resume I got the job I was going for! I needed a little edit (and it's been a year since my last update!) And Steve majorly helped me out in a jiffy no questions asked! Thank you!

Had a good overall experience in a desperate time crunch. They were very accommodating in going back and changing things on my resume that needed updated!
