I called to cancel the membership as I…
I called to cancel the membership as I had found a job and did not want to pay $39.50 per month. The intro price of $2.90 was more affordable. You're representative explained that she could cancel my membership, credit the $39.50 back to me and then reinstate my monthly fee at $4.00/month. That made me very happy as I still wanted to fine tune my resume.

Hello, Isa
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us and we’re very sorry if this caused any sort of confusion. We would love to take this opportunity to explain the types of accounts that we offer.
Our website does in fact offer a completely free (Basic Access) account which allows you to download a plain text version of your new document using our pre-written samples and tips However, upon finishing your new document, we also give you the option of continuing with our premium features for a low fee that gives you a 14-day trial access if you are satisfied with the end result. This gives you the ability to print, email or download your documents using our copyrighted templates.
We hope this clears any misunderstanding.

Hello, Leah
We’re sorry to hear that you have not had a positive experience with our company. To explain, when anyone signs up for our initial trial, we're very transparent in disclosing all of the subscription policy in several areas starting from the sell page and continuing all the way to your order confirmation page, in addition to the payment confirmation email where you will find all of the subscription information as well as the renewal date. That being said, we'd greatly appreciate an opportunity to change your mind about us at your earliest convenience, please email us directly to customerservice@resumehelp.com with your account details so that we can take a look at your situation.
As always we hope to hear from you soon and thank you for your patience!
