Company refuses to remove stored credit card details
I discovered that this company is storing my credit card information without my consent. When I requested removal, they responded with incorrect instructions that do not exist in my account (“My Settings” / “Privacy” / “Delete Your Account” are not available). I simply want my credit card information permanently deleted, but they are not providing a valid or transparent way to do so. This raises serious privacy and security concerns.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review!
Type point size Randomly increases. No control of when or if this happens rendering final product useless.
I liked the help formatting a resume but disliked not enough varied resume template and total lack of control over size of typeface and order of job history listings

Build Your Resume With Confidence & Ease
Resume Help makes building a resume and cover letter a breeze! Updating my resume has always been something that I’ve dread as it’s the one thing that I have never felt confident in, so I am very thankful to have found a site like Resume Help. I have tried many others resume builder sites to all of which have always been so complicated and timely. Resume Help easily guided me through creating a fresh representation of my work history that really helped me hone in on my skills and structure my resume in a much more appealing way. Not only is the site super easy to use, but it doesn’t take hours to update your resume or even start from scratch. My favorite thing about Resume Help is that there are so many tools to help you succeed and it’s extremely easy to navigate. They have numerous templates for resumes and cover letters for you to choose from and they walk you through each section, making your personal and professional history super easy to plug in, while also offering detailed recommendations along the way. There is also someone on standby who you can have review your resume and cover letter, who will offer feedback and further recommendation. Once you have completed your finished product, they give you multiple ways to download and save your resumes and cover letters that you’ve created. Another thing that I really liked, was that it was very easy to go back into my resumes and cover letters to edit and re-arrange info, and even play around with different templates. This is the only resume builder site that I want to use going forward. Resume Help gave me the confidence to showcase my professional strengths and skills throughout my work history and create a resume and cover letter with ease.
