I bought a dryrobe from Reskinned and it is in excellent condition. The website clearly stated what minor repairs the garment has had, and it arrived quickly and looks like a box-fresh new dryrobe- And for considerably less cost than a new one. So good to have a pre-loved product
Ordered via eBay. I’d seen 2 dresses I thought would be great for summer. I ordered on the 24th and it came up with tracking info for yodel but the package hasn’t been given to the courier and today is the 30th. I’ve tried reaching out via eBay’s seller communication, but I’ve had no response at all. I’ll have to open a dispute through the bank if I don’t get a response by the close of business today.
Edit to add - you ignored my messages on eBay. You already had the order numbers. I messaged you regarding both and received no reply until after I posted a negative review- even then, your reply was a copy of what you’ve said here. If you are behind in dispatching orders, the polite thing to do is let customers know as soon as they contact you. You had all of my details, you could have let me know unprompted. Terrible service!

All round great experience. Product as described, arrived on time and good value.
Great to be supporting an ecological environmentally focused company
Ordered and paid for a jacket, then four days later they contacted me to say it couldn’t be dispatched due to ‘an error in the system’. The refund took a week to process and they have not refunded the postage, despite nothing being sent. No reply from customer service except an ‘are you satisfied with our service’ survey. No, frankly, I am not. Avoid!

Spoke to the support team who arrange for a free return back and fix with the in-house team. The jacket was then sent back to me repaired and ready to go!

I ordered a pre loved Jumper . It turned up and was in excellent condition . The ordering and delivery process was very efficient

Did email and to be fair they did send me another new code which didn't work either.
I shall just donate the items direct to the charity shop from now on.

I paid £100 for a coat that arrived with a defective zip that was not included in the original description. If I want to use the coat I will need to break the zip and have it replaced which will cost over £50.
I have contacted the company on four separate occasions. The first time I received a response in which they asked for photos, and then there has been radio silence since.
£100 is a hefty price for something that I cannot use without paying another £50 to repair. Why have I not had any response on this? Terrible customer service

First time using the Reskinned platform and I'm really impressed! I came on in search of a new winter jacket and I was really impressed with the choice across the brands they have on site. I've got myself a lovely new jacket at a fraction of the retail price, I will definitely be shopping here again.
Fab idea, however you would be better off selling online as I sent an OB dress, got £10 off but have to spend £75. Which in the current economy is a lot. Then go to use it and only valid for 6 months so I’ve lost it. Bit of a con really.

Very good communication from this seller who went out of their way to resolve an unfortunate situation brought about by
Yodel's very bad customer service and management.
I won’t use the reskinned trade-in scheme again, the terms and conditions regarding the scheme changed after I sent clothing in and under the new terms I would have been much better to sell on Vinted, eBay etc. As another reviewer mentioned, they’re not interested in customer service.

I love using Reskinned, they're super efficient, the clothes are always really clean and neatly packaged, and the courier service seems quick and reliable (I've used them four or five times now). Most of the clothes are in basically new condition, or really good condition so you can grab some absolute bargains :)
9/April/25 This company uses YODEL ( enough said) Bought two items with them through eBay, both got lost in courier system. “Customer Services” not really interested, sending me sarcastic message telling me that I had to fill in a “Denial of receipt form” via a “link” that wasn’t supplied. All delay tactics. This wasn’t my job to do, as the responsibility is the seller’s to locate their lost merchandise. The tracking alone would demonstrate that the packages never arrived to their destination. When it came to refunds, reskinned only refunded one item. Therefore, ebay had to step in. A lot of wasted time trying to communicate with Yodel, seller and eBay. The whole experience was like having a tooth extraction with no anaesthetic.

Great section of items, all the clothes are in really good condition and the delivery was very quick… fab experience all round!
Brilliant website & concept! I got some Tala & Sweaty Betty items for half the price of the original RRP. The website was easy to use and they arrived within a few days in amazing condition. A very happy customer :)
