First order and so pleased. Quick delivery, item matched perfectly. Price was great, sure I saved around 60-66% for an item that was like new.

I would rate it ZERO, if there was an option...
I came across their takeback scheme when looking for school shoes on the Kickers website. All sounded simple and straight forward. However, after I sent them two pairs of used school shoes (as per their instructions), which have been delivered to their warehouse as per courier tracking information, I never heard anything, never received the promised voucher and never received any replies to my emails. Stay away from this scheme!

Really easy process from start to finish. Everything was simple to use, communication was great, and is great knowing my clothes are getting a second life! Would recommend!

I recently received my second order from Reskinned, and once again I’m very pleased. The clothing was exactly as described, arrived in great condition, and was offered at an excellent price. I would happily order from them again.

Decent clothes at a large mark-down on standard prices.

Everything I’ve bought has been in v good condition, any repairs have been basically invisible.

Definitely worthwhile if you’re looking at these items for full price & don’t mind small imperfections.

Bought trousers via their eBay store.
Sent completely the wrong size.
Customer service have ignored my messages, so I seemingly have no recourse. I have been left out of pocket and still need to buy trousers.
Shameful.

I bought a dryrobe from Reskinned and it is in excellent condition. The website clearly stated what minor repairs the garment has had, and it arrived quickly and looks like a box-fresh new dryrobe- And for considerably less cost than a new one. So good to have a pre-loved product

Ordered via eBay. I’d seen 2 dresses I thought would be great for summer. I ordered on the 24th and it came up with tracking info for yodel but the package hasn’t been given to the courier and today is the 30th. I’ve tried reaching out via eBay’s seller communication, but I’ve had no response at all. I’ll have to open a dispute through the bank if I don’t get a response by the close of business today.

Edit to add - you ignored my messages on eBay. You already had the order numbers. I messaged you regarding both and received no reply until after I posted a negative review- even then, your reply was a copy of what you’ve said here. If you are behind in dispatching orders, the polite thing to do is let customers know as soon as they contact you. You had all of my details, you could have let me know unprompted. Terrible service!

Great to be supporting an ecological environmentally focused company

Ordered and paid for a jacket, then four days later they contacted me to say it couldn’t be dispatched due to ‘an error in the system’. The refund took a week to process and they have not refunded the postage, despite nothing being sent. No reply from customer service except an ‘are you satisfied with our service’ survey. No, frankly, I am not. Avoid!

Super helpful staff and great brands/items

Bought a pre-loved Finisterre rain jacket which was a described however there was an issues with the inside seam not mentioned on the listing.

Spoke to the support team who arrange for a free return back and fix with the in-house team. The jacket was then sent back to me repaired and ready to go!

Great service and love the jacket

Used reskinned for the first time recently and was very happy with the experience. Even though the product is preloved it felt like buying new so felt righteous that I was being more sustainable but comfortable that the product would be in good condition. Will definitely be back.
