Rapid delivery and a very good product

Excellent products and service, I had a small issue at check out , but a quick call to Sarah from the sales team had it sorted in no time! Have used the Epoxy floor coatings for years now and it’s a very durable product, highly recommended it.

This paint looks as though it will last, there are lots of colour choices & many tin sizes.
It has impressive non-slip qualities.
Also very easy to order.

Finally got round to giving the work floor a proper refresh — and I couldn’t be happier with how it’s turned out. The epoxy finish is brilliant compared to what was there before.

A few things I’ve learned along the way:
• You’ll need more paint than you think. Especially if you’re doing a second coat (which I’d highly recommend for an even, professional finish).
• Application method: we used a squeegee to spread it out, then finished with a back roller — that combination worked really well.
• It’s not a miracle floor. If you go for a black finish like we did, it will still show marks and scrapes, but the overall look is miles ahead of standard paint.
• Worth it: the finish has completely elevated the space — it feels cleaner, brighter, and more professional for both us and visiting customers.
• One word of caution: it is slippery when wet, especially on smooth powerfloated floors. But it’s so easy to clean, hoover, and wash that it’s a small trade-off.

All in all, I’d definitely recommend epoxy paint if you’re thinking about upgrading your workshop or warehouse floor. Just plan it properly, apply it evenly, and give it time to cure — the results speak for themselves 👌

Ordered on the 19th didn't turn up till the 31st I went for the 10kg as this should cover 40m2 I was only doing 27m2 and didn't manage to finish it. The product instructions say that it is workable for 40 mins but it starts to set after 20 mins and just becomes unworkable. Very disappointed and it was really expensive. In future I would just buy grey floor paint and then liquid resin and mix them save my self £150

Disappointed with product and service.

After calling the company for advice, I bought Resincoat's Polyaspartic floor paint to cover a residential garage floor, including their rollers, mixer, paint scuttle etc. The concrete was prepared as per best practice (diamond ground) and instructions were followed to the letter. Despite this, coverage rates were very poor. Half the advertised figures.

My garage is 32 sqm but the amount of paint needed for the first coat should have covered between 55 and 72 sqm, as per Resincoat’s guidance.

To make matters worse, the application instructions for Polyaspartic state that a second coat must be applied within 24 hours otherwise the surface needs sanding, to create a key. As a result, I had to make an urgent order for additional paint on next-day delivery. I called the company that afternoon to explain the issues and was told to put the details in an email, which I did.

After initially seeming to care, the issue was 'passed to management' who said I should have contacted them at the time (which I did, via both phone and email), and that re-coating could have been completed later that 24 hours (contrary to their own written instructions), so they were not willing to refund any of my second order. A disgrace.

Fortunately, after putting the second coat down, the garage floor looks good, hence 2 stars rather than 1.

Delivered quickly packaged safely but the loose brown paper shaving are a pain as the get everywhere.

Superb product. First time I’ve used it, was recommended by a good friend. I was building an entrances ramp into a double bay garage. Its workability is fantastic. Had plenty of time to finish the level and worked great on a small slope.. will be recommending this to more customers. Also super helpful advise from Heike is there office.

Order dispatch mistake and contents of concrete repair kits at least 20% short of resin, rip off.
No delivery notes, how do you know what you should get in things like cutting in kits. No list of contents, anywhere!

Easy to order and arrived when they said it would come

The product seems to be good quality although coverage seems to be a fraction of the guide - I have covered about 2.25m2 now with a single coat and used half a tub - I am painting on bare breeze block.

The finish is already looking a lot better and is tough. A 2nd coat is required but I can already see it will look very good once finished.

Great service

The membrane had holes and came with far too little joining tape in the bundle – only 5 meters for a 20-meter roll. Very poor value for money.

There is a re-stocking charge of 35% if you need to return. Their argument is that is in their terms and conditons, but how many people actually read terms and conditons prior purchase? I only found that out when I realised it wasn't the right product and I needed to return. Try to avoid at all cost.
