After receiving a quote from this company we paid via baca straight away, my husband spoke to them to get quote and they said as soon as it was paid the product would be sent.
He rang 2 days later and it had not yet been sent. He rang again the next day and nothing had been sent. Day 4 it was with courier company, we were advised delivery would be by 8pm, we made sure 1 of us was in to receive delivery and nothing… the next 2 days the same happened.
Albeit this wasn’t the company’s fault, I rang for a refund, over a week had passed with no product and the floor could have been done by this time.
The refund process was just as bad, eventually received it but with absolutely awful customer service. Would not use again and would not recommend.

As a regular customer with Resincoat I cannot fault their products or service, they are always happy to offer advice and I have always been happy with all products I have used.

I would have scored a zero had this been available! Customer service is very poor. No delivery/ returns labels included in parcel. Tin base was damaged badly so wouldn’t stand up straight on its own. Paint ordered was garage door primer. Paint debt was for caravans! When we questioned this they said it is labelled incorrectly! Well that’s not my problem. Don’t use this Company!

I bought two 10l tins of 2 part epoxy floor paint. I calculated the volume that I would need and the two tins would have been more than enough. With the 2 part primer coat that that amount had covered nicely with even some spare. When I opened the tins there was less than 5ls in each, I know you need room to mix in the 2nd part, but not that much room. With how much money I paid for the product I didn't have enough to cover the floor even with a thin coat of paint. Now I need to buy yet more so that I can finish it, I have no idea how it will look in the end, probably very patchy. I feel that they have ripped me off with how little was in the tin.

I bought the kit to cover a single garage concrete floor. Having had no previous experience of resin products, I was delighted with the results. It seems to have provided a tough protective coating to what was previously a dusty concrete floor. Make sure that you put in the preparation work prior to using the product. Pay particular care to the advice on the Resincoat website, as you do not have long to work with the product after its two parts have been mixed.
Due to a small issue that I experienced, I had to contact Resincoat's Customer Service. So I can confirm that they provide an excellent service through friendly and helpful staff.
The product is not cheap in comparison with some other floor paints, but you are paying for a quality product that looks good and is very durable. I would highly recommend the product, as well as the standard of service and fast delivery provided by Resincoat.

Purchased a tin of resin coat epoxy crack filler. The first tin worked ok but didn’t fill the crack, bought a second tin to top up the crack which didn’t set at all. I Contacted Resin coat, sent the photos they asked for of the epoxy crack filler with evidence that it was still fluid days later, they was really unhelpful and tried to blame me even though I used the second tin in the same crack. Luckily, I purchased from Amazon. Amazon asked me to return the tin to Resin coat who denied I had sent it, but, the parcel was registered. Amazon had to step in otherwise we wouldn’t have been refunded. It took many hours to scrape out the epoxy that didn’t set. I used another brand of epoxy crack filler that set within 20 minutes. You may want to think twice before you use this company, after sales and service is non existent, so diasappointing.

Heike was super helpful and informative, she clearly knew the product well, was well placed to offer guidance on suitability and application, and was really helpful in getting the order through quickly as we had an unexpected deadline to meet. Thank you.

Double garage floor looks fantastic after years of concrete dust. Resincoat system was easy to apply and liked that you get smaller tins for cutting in and thresholds. Gave me more time to finish the job before the paint cured

I'm not sure I would buy from them again. The business feels very amateurishly run, especially when it comes to handling returns. There doesn’t seem to be any clear return process in place, and you have to repeatedly ask just to get a return form. Once the items are sent back, they seem to disappear into a void with no communication or refund issued.

The paints themselves are overpriced and come across as DIY-made products rather than professional-quality items. My order arrived thrown into a box packed with random filler materials, which only added to the unprofessional experience.

I honestly wish I had seen a review like this before placing my order, so I’m leaving this here in the hope that it helps someone else make a more informed decision.

Great service. Lovely people.

With a 3 month time lapse between me receiving my nonslip paint,I never checked the box. On opening the box did not contain the hardener required to mix in with the paint. I rang the Customer services dept who were really helpful and sent me some more with 24hr delivery time. There was no hassle with the Customer Service , I was treated with respect and I only wish every company I have dealt with could operate with the same professionalism and honesty as Resincoat did for me. The product was easy to use and its finishing effect to the project works handsomely, a big thanks to Craig and the CS team.

with a 6 month time lapse between me receiving the first batch and applying it i soon realised i would need a second batch to cover the main walkway ,this came very quickly and i proceeded to cover the area again however there was a colour difference, on contacting there sales team it appears that there was a slight pigment change during the 6 months, so fair play it happens and it was 6 months ,however there was no hassle with them and they sent me enough paint to cover the whole floor again,I only wish every company we dealt with could operate with the same professionalism and honesty as Resincoat did for me,,,as for the product ,its fantastic and rock hard...a big thanks to Craig...

Delivery company you have chosen gave 37 minutes notice of delivery, then wouldn't deliver to my safe place as you instructed them not to. Tried to contact them via link provided, not an option to redeliver. Not mentioned on ordering that you won't authorise them leaving goods in safe place (I've a parcel box for deliveries). I work for NHS and can't just walk out my work. To collect from them, they demand I provide ID and proof of address which they copy and retain. To hand over enough information for someone to get a bank loan or apply for a passport seems extreme for a pot of paint. Sure your product is fantastic, unfortunately you have been let down by choice of couriers. Have asked them to return to you as unable to accept deliveries or agree to their terms of collection.

Despite an issue with the courier that left half my order ruined , the Resincoat team responded brilliantly by replacing the missing items within 24hours. I have used their products on many occasions and can fault either the product or the company.

Does what it says on the tin

Excellent paint. Easy to apply with a brush, adhered beautifully and it was odourless. I found it accidentally from an recommendation on AI when Googling 'best paint for garden furniture'.

I almost didn't buy it as the carriage was more than the paint. But it was well worth it. I was able to paint two large double benches with one tin (with some bits given a second coat). But one coat should be sufficient if you don't brush it out too much.

Great product, fast delivery, lovely hard wearing finish

Only left off one star as very mixed instructions (depending which bit of the website you are one) regarding adding the non-slip agregate...quite confusing.

.....And after grinding, sweeping, hoovering a garage floor to get the surface perfect for painting, having a delivery box packed with tiny pieces of paper that blow absolutely EVERYWHERE isnt that helpful!
