Mike has been excellent all the way. He and his team provide all the tools you need to get started in the REO business. He takes the time to answer all questions including basic beginner stuff. I appreciate the fact he's straightforward and cuts out the fluff, just tells you what you really need to know to succeed. Also he'll let you know when others in the industry are being misleading. In my brief time in the course I've seen him be very supportive and show a clear interest in seeing us succeed.

Mike has been able to in a very short amount of time, allow me to not only enter the REO side of the business with his courses and coaching, his expertise and knowledge have helped me build an entire funnel business from the ground up. Having no previous experience, his program brought me up to speed and beyond in a very efficient manner. Grateful for him and his program.

My biggest regret is that I got into REO Rockstars once before and left. Then I came back about 1 year later. I wish I had remained in. Mike is very good at answering questions and bouncing ideas off. He tries very hard to be there for everyone. I belong to a few REO-type groups. Mike's is, by far, the best.

I find this course very valuable. All the information I needed to get started in one place. From my experience, Mike C. Gives 110 percent. He addresses every single question. He is a straight up no nonsense guy.

Tons of information. Well worth it.

I recently paid for course and was promised a personal response to an introduction email. I never received any response and I have been billed for charges that were not a part of the introductory fee I was offered. I also have no receipt for the price that was offered.

I recently paid for a course following a webinar.. Mike said he would be personally available for every sign up. Thus far, 24 hours later, I have not received sign on information and no one has returned my emails or messages. I have a feeling I have been scammed.

I took Mike's REO Rockstars in 2012. I put the info he provided to work, I did it just like he said to do it and it works. Hands down the most honest and staright forward no bs advice I have been given in the Real Estate Business. Worth every penny.

Great program so far. Everyone is very nice & they do call you back if you have any questions. If you have concerns they have a attentive person talking to you, very refreshing.

What an incredibly well organized educational experience! There is so much to learn and I am only half way there but every lesson is carefully prepared! Not too much at a time and Mike is tough. He wants you to keep on it and get it done ASAP. I love it. Definitely worth it! Highly recommend!

I have been selling Reos for quite a while . Mike has always been there 24/7. Reo Rockstars is completely a step by step into the Reo world. I just re took the class again and I had forgotten so much . It’s EZ and put together well .
It’s very nice also to be able to talk to him and find out what he knows about a bank that I am signing up with . If he doesn’t know he puts you in touch with someone that does . I have several new banks I am working with because of the course . Even being in it a long time . No one person knows everything about Reo . So nice to be able to talk to Mike or talk to the group .He has gotten me back on track when I was giving up .

I first listened to a free webinar with Mike Costigan in 2011. I took the few steps he recommended right away and within a month I received my first REO listing. Mike has a no nonsense way about him that I truly respect and always has action steps to take to improve your business. I have participated in several different platforms that Mike offers and have never been disappointed in his wealth of knowledge.

I just started the program I little while ago, although I haven’t received any REO’S yet. This program has given me countless information, contacts and sources to contact. But most importantly it’s getting me organized to.
