Mike doesn’t hold anything back. He gives you all you need to be successful. The staff seems to be always available which is a breath of fresh air.

Mike is super supportive, always available, & goes above and beyond to assist you in everything you need to be successful in REO. His system is plug & play!

I joined REO Rockstars in 2021 at the request of a fellow real estate agent that is a friend of mine on the West Coast.
Over the past year, I have found Mike Costigan to be as much of a mentor as an educator in REO.
His system works if you take the initiative to apply the applications and follow the system as he has It laid out.
The best part of the program is the weekly meetings. It’s a wonderful “think tank” w fellow brokers across the US.
Thanks for all you do Mike!

I am thoroughly impressed with the REO-RockStars course study. Michael Costigan is very dedicated to giving his fellow real estate peers exactly what they need to grow their business and thrive in today's current real estate market in regards to the foreclosure business opportunity for brokers across the United States. He dedicates his personal time to everyone in this network. His team is terrific. REO-Rockstars offers a formula for success for acquiring foreclosure listings. This program offers the key that unlocks the door to success. And all of those who have joined the REO-Rockstars family keep in touch in the member Facebook group. Michael Costigan founded a program and offers course study and his own personal time weekly via ZOOM meetings. All I can add is that you join. Do not procrastinate. This program is a solid step for success in building your real estate career.
Best Regards,

Mike is a true professional and rockstar! Had it not been for his expertise and guidance I would not have been able to enter this space and make inroads as I have. Thanks Mike. 😊

REO Rockstars was the best investment I’ve ever made in my career! It’s not a typical program you buy and just have to figure out on your own, Mike is truly there every step of the way. Whenever I have a question regarding anything I get a response usually a video response to my personally to answer or help me through! This is like no other program! I’m so glad I have this platform to push me through. Thanks Mike and everyone involved in REO Rockstars!

REO Rockstar is an an excellent program for anyone wishing to learn the ins and outs of listing REOs. Mike is expert and shares his knowledge in a platform that is thorough, easy to understand, and motivating. Great experience for those wishing to take their business to the next level

Mike and REO Rockstar training and group are outstanding. It gives you up to date information and knowledge. Mike is always available to help and offer solutions to any questions that may come up. I would highly recommend Mike and REO rockstars training.

From the newbie to the seasoned agent, he levels up each one. I’ve been working REO properties for 27 years and I still get golden nuggets and useful information at my level of experience from Mike and all the agents that participate on every weekly call! Somebody always brings value to each call. Thanks Mike!

So far the meetings have been consistent and Mike works with everybody one person at a time while discussing group goals as well. I especially favor how he breaks everything down into “one chunk at a time”. This makes life so much less stressful!
