Misleading pricing and lack of basic customer care.

The advertised price was far from the actual amount charged, with significant additional fees hidden in small print. The final cost was much higher than what was initially shown.

I contacted them immediately after booking, explaining it was a mistake and that I could not afford the total amount, but they refused to help or offer any solution.

This approach feels unfair and shows a complete lack of empathy towards customers. I would strongly advise others to double-check the final price before booking.

O ile komunikacja była dobra , to problemy związane z najemcami trochę doprowadzały mnie do ....
Ale najważniejsze , kiedy postanowiłem zrezygnować ze współpracy , to dopiero zaczęły się schody .
Rentujemy ,nie pomaga w tym zakresie . Sami nie wiedzą jakie są procedury

first offering old apartments with old stinky furniture its pictures from Warsaw Powisle apartment Solec street 63 a its ild terrible communist building in apartment was terrible smell, no chance to get new one or some discount , smart pictures offering terrible flats in high price

Second low response or no response if you complaint they record number and by tricky smart automatic system drop off calls no chance to get help

Third on booking ( of course they will not help you too ) its not saying after you pay - you need to pay more money to Rentujemy 500 pln - 120 euro as illegal deposit , nobody checking apartment with you everything even was in terrible condition no hand over , but you need to pay as their website will not give you access codes its so smart design then Rentujemy can accuse you for damages

I invested in one of Rentujemy’s real estate projects in 2023 and since then have been receiving the monthly payouts, always on time. The whole process has been very transparent from the start, and the team has been very responsive and helpful whenever I had questions. After two years, I just exited the investment, and everything went exactly as they had described in the beginning.
Happy to work with such a trustworthy and professional company!

Revising my original review. The apartment we are staying in is great. However, the customer service really went downhill after check in. The agent who helped me with my initial booking was great. But getting help afterwards has been like pulling teeth. I email the appropriate email and get zero response. I message them on WhatsApp and Instagram and they become nonresponsive. Its going on 2 weeks since I sent my request for help and its still not resolved. This has happened several times throughout our stay. I cannot even imagine what they would be like if I had a maintenance emergency. Now because they screwed me, my kids, and dog over, I have to find another place to stay when our current booking ends because of their lack of response to my requests for help since October 9th. Additionally, I have Gold membership and means priority support. That did not happen whatsoever. I would not recommend using their service.

EDIT TO ADD:

When I reached out via email and WhatsApp there were no other bookings. It was clear to do a booking for the timeframe I was looking to do. There was not another booking for the dates until today, 10/19. But I originally reached out for assistance on 10/9 to extend my booking. Your company did not reach out during any of those times I requested assistance via email nor WhatsApp .

After me trying to reach out to this company for weeks, they did not reach out to me until after I posted this review claiming someone from "Guest Relations specialist" would be reaching out. Its going on over 24 hours and nothing yet. They also reached out through the same email address I have been emailing.

A wonderful and quiet place. The hosts are very nice and easy to communicate with — they respond quickly to any questions. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free. The apartment has a great location, close to the city center, and it’s very pleasant to walk around the area. Everything was clean and comfortable, we felt at home. We would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to come back again!

Rentujemy to świetna firma, z którą współpraca przebiega bardzo dobrze. Atmosfera jest przyjazna, a menedżerowie zawsze wspierają i są otwarci na kontakt. Firma zawsze rozlicza się terminowo zgodnie z wystawionymi fakturami, a wszelkie sprawy są szybko i sprawnie załatwiane. Dziękuję za współpracę

I am very satisfied with the accommodation; everything was fine.

Super kontakt z wynajmującym. Wszystko jasno wyjaśnione w instrukcji jak dostać się do mieszkania. W środku bardzo nowocześnie, urządzone gustownie. Zadbano o detale, o komfort. Mieszkanie jest bardzo przestronne, dużo miejsca do przechowywania swoich rzeczy. Jest też darmowy parking.
Mimo, że w okolicy odbywał się koncert, nie było nic słychać w środku. Okolica dobrze skomunikowana, wiele restauracji i sklepów wokół.

Zdecydowanie nowa jakoś na rynku obsługi wynajmu krótkoterminowego - pozytywne zaskoczenie pod każdym względem po wcześniejszej współpracy z główną firmą na rynku, która zostawiła mieszkanie zdewastowane i odmówiła pokrycia kosztów, które bezpośrednio wynikają z umowy.

Tym razem mieszkanie jest od początku w pełni obłożone, przychody wyższe a przede wszystkim bieżący kontakt (najczęściej z p. Adrianem Sz.) na rewelacyjnym poziomie. Mieszkanie jest utrzymane w świetnym stanie a wszelkie problemy adresowane natychmiast i z bardzo dużą starannością i proaktywnością.

Zdecydowanie polecam i cieszę się na dalszą współpracę!

Working at Rentujeme has been a really positive experience for me – the team is friendly, supportive and there’s always someone willing to help if you need it. I like that the management listens to our ideas and treats us with respect, which makes the atmosphere relaxed but still professional. It’s a place where you actually feel valued, not just like another employee, and that makes a big difference.
