Fantastic, user friendly experience
RentSavvy was extremely helpful to us as first time landlords. The website was extremely user friendly and the process to get started was very simple. Once everything was submitted we were getting inquiries coming in fast. The best part was the follow up and the open communication I had with Patrick and other reps. Any question I had was answered promptly. Would absolutely use them again for my next vacancy.

It was my luck to find RentSavvy!
I had the fortunate luck to come across RentSavvy just as I was getting ready to rent out a house. I have been in the real estate business for 45 years and when I looked at the company and program it was an easy decision. I worked with Rudy and he kept me posted throughout. The website’s landlord portal makes it that much easier and provided that peace of mind that we all want in those situations. If you are going to rent out a property, you owe it to yourself to at least give RentSavvy.co a try. Thank you Rudy!

Great experience
Great experience! I was nervous as this is my first rental house. Rudy walked me through the process and was always available to answer my questions. Site was easy to use and very detailed intake for the rental property and potential tenants. Listed on multiple sites and gives you a weekly rental break down! Took all the stress out of finding a tenant. They do the background check for you!! Will definitely use again

Easy placement! Great Tenants!
Rent savvy was so great as an owner/landlord living 45 mins away from the property. They found us great tenants after multiple showings and we are able to place them right away. It was so very convenient, and easy for us. We will use them again at the next vacancy.

Thrilled
I could not be more thrilled with this service. I had a poorly timed vacancy that overlapped with a spring break trip to Hawaii and a busy time at work. RentSavvy saved me! While I was traveling they arranged over 5 showings and found me one of the best tenants I've ever had. My effort over the 3 week period was about 30 minutes, just teeing up requirements, paperwork, dropping off keys, and making decisions. I probably saved 30 hours of work. I have been a landlord for over 10 years and this was by far the easiest time I've had landing a tenant. I won't ever do it the hard way again.

Efficient and professional
Rentswift is very efficient & professional. They provided very good background & necessary information on the potential renter & were accessible to answer any questions I had. I was a bit nervous about not being in the area and renting the property "remotely", but their thoroughness and communication put me at ease.
