RentSavy was an excellent experience for me. Patrick has been responsive to my messages and made the process of finding a tenant simple. I will use their services again for filling a vacant unit.

RentSavvy is amazing!! I had to move away from town but didn’t want to sell my house so became a landlord suddenly. Management companies were so expensive so I decided to manage it myself. The most daunting part was getting it rented to a tenant I could trust (and not break Seattle’s many tenant laws while at it). Random maintenance requests I can handle. RentSavvy was the perfect partner to do this essential part of the process. They did a full pricing analysis and I talked with Patrick at length about what we should list for and where we should set our qualifications prior to posting the ads. Once posted, we had a ton of tour requests getting on the calendar right away. Since you need to pay a realtor after a certain amount of tours, customer service was in touch with me everyday to make sure I wanted to run a tour with a specific applicant or reschedule. A week in I had multiple applicants and they helped me get a (Seattle-compliant) lease together for the new tenants to e-sign and put down a deposit. It was such a professional experience from start to finish. I highly recommend RentSavvy to anyone looking for expert help managing the most stressful and chaotic part of landlording.

I have always managed my own rentals but this year I needed some help. RentSavvy was flexible with me, since I had "my way" of doing things, which I appreciated. They got us good tenants, which is the result that matters. I would work with them again for sure.

I'm somewhat torn when it comes to rating the service. On the positive side, the technology behind it is solid, and the customer support is outstanding. However, I feel that labeling "A complete solution that handles all aspects of tenant placement including showings by a real estate professional." might be an exaggeration. During the initial two months when I relied solely on the platform's automated process, I encountered hundreds of prospective tenants. Unfortunately, approximately 70% of them didn't progress beyond the invitation to book a viewing, resulting in numerous canceled scheduled viewings. In the end, I managed to secure only about 4 or 5 actual viewings.

It was only during the last month of using the service that I decided to take a more proactive approach. I started engaging with all prospects, following up, sending them links to book viewings, and verifying their stated income. This increased involvement eventually led to the unit being rented. All in all, it took three months to find a tenant, and without my increased engagement, it might have taken even longer.

It's possible that the service works well for Class A neighborhoods, but it doesn't seem to be as effective for Class B or C areas. Additionally, it felt as though there was less incentive for the service to stay engaged with prospects, given the pre-payment model. This might have contributed to a longer rental process.

I will not be using the service again trying to save on cost ended up costing me ~$6000 in lost rent.

Found a tenant in 9 days and did a move-in report the same day the tenant moved in. Rent Savvy was very responsive - they even answered my chats on a Saturday night. Great customer service!

Great to work with and help us get our property rented out!

I found RentSavvy online looked at the reviews and was impressed buy there services. Patrick handle all requests/ questions we may have had during the process in extremely fast manner and was very thorough in explaining everything to my wife and myself. I will definitely use them again and will be referring them to anyone who may need there services. thanks again RentSavvy for everything ! to bad there is only 5stars i would have given them more. After having the same tenant for many years, I used RentSavvy to fill a vacancy because I was too busy to do it myself, and we found a new tenant pretty quickly. I'm glad it included assistance with creating a lease and getting the lease signed. I'm also using them for rent collection which is going well thus far.

We were renting out our primary residence two months in advance of an availability date. RentSavvy answered all of our questions and helped us learn how to price our property competitively. We had multiple check-ins with someone from their team, so we knew they were always paying attention to the progress of our listing and always had feedback for us to consider. In the end, we found a tenant who has already paid their deposit and we are happy with the result.

RentSavvy provided photos and managed tours for my property. Before listing, their agent went to the property to provide a report of the property, which helped me know what needed to be fixed before a new tenant moved in. With my schedule, it would have been very difficult to do any of these things on my own, so it was a valuable service that I will use again.

RentSavvy must have listed it on enough sites because there were a lot of interested people, and they made sure tours got scheduled when it worked for the prospect.

From the first day someone could schedule a tour to the day someone signed a lease was only 5 days.

Since then I've used them for another property and I plan to do the same going forward.

Had a phone call to ask some questions, created my listing, they handled the tours, the follow up, lease creation, and a few days later I had a lease signed.

I had a quick call with an Advisor at RentSavvy to answer some clarifying questions, and my listing was set up rather easily. Within a few days, a couple applied and their applications were quickly uploaded for my review. Overall, their service was great, and I'd be happy to use them again the next time I have a vacancy.
