Electric towel rack excellent product
Ordered an electric towel rack, with controller. The rack works well and delivers what we wanted from the product. We would have given 5 stars if not for the delay in delivery - for some reason the rack was sent to the wrong state, eventually finding its way to us.

Great for small spaces!
The only place that sells short bins which is great! It works great, and is nice and compact which is perfect for me. The only thing that would be an improvement is if you could add seals for use as a compost bin caddy, but honestly everything else is pretty good!

HOPELESS PRODUCT SERVICE
I purchased a spare part for my stainless soap dispenser which had rusted out after 8 years. The new one was received in December 2023 and has rusted out in 14 months. I was advised to change dish soap at the time and did so using a lower sodium than the cheap one I had been using. It took me nearly 3 months for someone to get back to me after numerous phone calls and emails. All for them to claim that spare parts are not covered by warranty which is ridiculous and would be illegal. If you hope to get some service if something goes wrong then good luck with that!!

Further to the reply from the renovator store.
The canister of the Swedia Neo stainless soap dispenser has rusted through in less than 14 months. The previous one lasted 8 years. I have looked through the Renovator store web site and read the warranty conditions and nowhere does it mention about no warranty on supplied spare parts. The Australian consumer guarantee would cover any item that is supplied regardless of the conditions stated by the business. Also the Swedia information on your website states "Some (soap dispensers) have low quality plastic canisters that will degenerate whereas SWEDIA features the highest quality stainless steel canisters."
Obviously this is incorrect and false advertising.
The canister has a fault in that it has a join at the base of the canister which is where it rusted this time and previously.

I live on the Gold Coast. On February 10 I made the mistake of spending over $1,000 on kitchen wares from this appalling excuse for a business. I asked the sales rep to hold the order over until I was ready to receive them as the delivery site in Brisbane was unattended.
On February 27 I received an email saying the goods would be delivered on Wednesday 5 March. On Monday 3 March I was woken by a message saying the goods would be delivered that day - 3 days earlier than expected. I called Renovator Store and asked them to contact the courier as no one would be there to receive the six parcels as we live 100klms away! The customer service rep said there was nothing she could do and told me to contact them myself. When I told her that I'd received advice notifying me of a delivery date of March 5, she said, "We'd never do that, I want to see the email."
I repeated my claim to which she replied, "Get your wife to send me a screen shot." The inference was I was lying so I sent her the email and rather than get an apology, I was told that the Wednesday delivery advice was "a general notification and that I shouldn't rely on it." Seriously?? She claimed it was common for goods to be delivered three or four days either side of the delivery date!" WTH? That was the beginning of my nightmare. Over the ensuing 15 day I've had 52 email communications between myself, Renovation Store and Couriers Please plus another 35 messages with an A.I. customer service bot that is SO appallingly bad it isn't funny. Despite this I never recieved my order.
On Friday 14 I received an email saying I would have to pick up the shipment from the freight depot, some 25klms from the delivery address - despite paying $111 for delivery! It went on to say if I didn't pick the parcels up within 5 days they would be returned to the sender. So, yesterday Monday 17, I organised someome to pick up the 6 parcels and deliver them to the address as requested. This meant a 190klm round trip for me.
This morning I contacted their customer service rep about the mess up and her response was to deny the goods were going to be returned to Melbourne, despite the email. She said, "It's on you. You're the one that wanted to pick them up. It had nothing to do with us." When I pointed out I had lttle choice but to pick them up, she denied they were going to be returned to Melbourne "No they weren't," she replied. "I'm sorry, I have the email infront of me," I said.
Rather than accept any responsibility for their mistakes, staff at the Renovation Store have effectively accused me of lying, subjected me to an endless litany of gaslighting, deceptive behaviour, blame shiting and denials.
This whole episode has been so bizarre and so crazy I cannot even begin to describe the incompetence of this company. It is stunningly incompetent and devoid of anything that resembles Customer Service.
My advice, STAY CLEAR of this company AT ALL COSTS!

Poor service and attitude.
When I placed the first order a number of days later I was contacted to be told that their inventory was incorrect and the item could not be supplied. I was now time poor so I ordered another item (sink) and paid extra for the express post to my house. I received a message to say that I need to drive into town and pick up my items! $60 extra postage for this. I emailed a compliant, no response. When I eventually got a call back and requested a refund of the postage, because I did not get the service I paid for, the manager was dismissive and said, "It was not their problem"! I asked if she could get the owner to call (still waiting). No sure how businesses survive with service like this. Extremely poor.
