Be proud.
Hi team,
Boards have arrived and are all in good order.
The STS, A1 fire rating and thickness stamped on them will make building control happy.
The fella who delivered the boards, couldn't have been more helpful, happy or willing to get the boards to where I could handle them.
Be proud. Mike

Great service when ordering not so good service when wanting to return goods 30% restocking

Svar fra Renders Direct
Hi Robert, I understand the team were willing to take the goods back with no collection charge as you stated other goods would need to be ordered. This order never transpired and therefore our standard collection charge applied. If you wanted to return the goods by your own carrier/transport then that is your choice. I understand collection fees may seem high but we need to ensure room in our vehicles, and re-routing drivers from their normal delivery drops, plus any fuel costs.

Easy Online Ordering & Quick Delivery
Easy to order online. Good price although due to the weight the delivery cost is expensive. Ordered arrived quickly and was well packaged.
