We had a competitor leave what looked like a fake review. Couldn’t prove it ourselves, but this team managed to get it taken down. That was the main issue for us, so it did the job.
Overall solid service. Not overly salesy, just explained the process and timeline. Took about a week like they said. Would probably use them again if something similar comes up.
Not a magic fix for everything, but definitely helpful. They reviewed my case and were honest about what could be done. One review got removed, one didn’t. Still improved my rating, so I’m happy.
Good experience overall. Communication was clear, and they didn’t push me into anything. I decided to move forward after they explained which reviews had a chance. Ended up removing 2 out of 3.
Tried reporting reviews myself for months with no success. These guys handled it pretty quickly. Not everything could be removed, but the worst one is gone now, which was the main thing.
Honestly didn’t expect much, but they actually pulled through. Had one really damaging review that wasn’t even from a real customer, and it got removed in about 5–6 days. That alone made a big difference for us.
Process was simple. Sent them the links to the reviews and they confirmed which ones violated Google policies. About 10 days later two of them were gone. Straightforward experience.
Reached out after seeing their service mentioned in a business forum. They looked at our Google profile and told us honestly which reviews had a chance of being removed and which probably wouldn’t. That honesty was refreshing.
Small business owner here. A couple of negative reviews can really impact your rating. They helped us clean up two reviews that clearly weren’t from real customers. Overall a positive experience.

We had a situation where a customer kept reposting the same negative review under different accounts. They explained what they could do and handled the removals. It’s a relief not having to deal with that anymore.
Not the cheapest service out there, but they actually delivered. One of our reviews was removed and another one stopped showing on the listing. For us it was worth it because the rating improved immediately.

Spammer, I too got the email.. Theres no way they can remove google reviews, only google can remove them.
Don't waste your time or money..
We had a 1-star from someone who never even used our service. Google kept rejecting our reports, which was frustrating. These guys reviewed the situation and managed to get it taken down after about a week. Communication was good throughout.

Exactly, we've never collaborated. I never asked for your marketing email or subscribed to any of your communications, and I never will. So why did my company receive your email?
Because you're a spammer! Unsolicited emails are spam, and you know that perfectly well! And its obvious that your are doing this a lot looking at reviews.
Scammer ? Yes, because you are. You, know for a fact that google will NEVER remove a review unless that review dont follow the guideline. So, you are useless!!!
In other words, telling that you can when Google say it wont is a scam.
Edit : another spam from you this morning (2026-03-18) sent to 3 of my company. Same email, same spam.

We always encourage people to read reviews and make informed decisions. However, leaving a negative review without any experience using our service can be misleading.
If you believe this review was left in relation to a specific interaction, please feel free to contact us directly so we can clarify the situation.
Their spam emails violate the CAN-SPAM Act; they use strange domains to send it from, only mentioning the company name once in the body of the email. They do not include a physical address. Most important, the unsubscribe link means absolutely nothing if it isn't honored. I have unsubscribed multiple times at this point. Annoying people is NOT how you get customers! Reported to the FTC. 3/17/26 Update - just received ANOTHER spam email, I unsubscribed AGAIN... and again, reported to the FTC. 2nd update: I received an email that Removix has asked for more information to verify this review AND that they replied to my review (I do not see one). I forwarded the spam emails; very first one was from 2024.

Spammer. I received this email from them regarding my negative reviews: "This is D???? from Removix. I noticed your business has damaging reviews on Google." Offending review was from a D????R a few days before. Hmmm?!?

Spammer. I received this email from them regarding my negative reviews: "This is David from Removix. I noticed your business has damaging reviews on Google."
Since I have no negative reviews on Google clearly this person hasn't noticed anything.
Edit 02-15-26 - Same nonsense spam. Extra annoying because they mark them as important (what a joke) and they use different email addresses/domains to get around spam filters.
Edit: 03-16-2026 - To Removix - if you don't like being called a spammer don't send spam. :)
Edit 03-17-2026 - to Removix: it doesn't matter how you received my email address but I do not have negative Google reviews so your email sent to me was clearly spam. If you don't like being called a spammer don't send spam.
Edit 03-18-2026: Yet ANOTHER spam email telling me I have a one star Google review. Even if I had a one-star review (I don't) I would never in a million years use this company.
