I have been in AAC for a few years and have had great experiences with Investing alongside others in the community, raising capital for our own deals, and even purchasing deals from members as well. For me as a someone who was just starting out in commercial real estate investing to now having a $10m portfolio of self storage and rentals it is a great fit for all experience levels. It is also the first group I have been a part of that feels more like a community vs. a course!

I have been in Action Academy since its inception. It’s remarkable the growth of the community and members over the last few years. When I joined AAC I had just purchased my first “househack” and was scared to death trying to fill units. I have since acquired numerous residential properties and closing on my 5th storage facility this week. Before joining the community, I didn’t even know what commercial assets were. This group is for the movers and shakers, and if you are ready to contribute, there’s not a better place to be.

When my husband and I joined action Academy, we had recently gone under contract for a small business. We realized after receiving the bank terms that we needed support through this process.
We interviewed with a few other masterminds, and we felt that AAC was the best fit for us, because they are not asset specific. We also invest in real estate so we wanted to keep that door open!
As soon as we joined, we were thrown into an office hour calls, and because of that call, we were given the knowledge to negotiate our bank terms with the seller to allow the deal to work better for us.
AAC has every module and person you will ever need for any deal within it; however, AAC is what you put into it. AAC is a serving community, and you must be active, which makes it even more top-tier.

Before joining Action Academy, I was a frustrated engineer struggling to find my purpose and hitting my financial ceiling despite strong efforts to progress.

As a member of AAC, I am able to access key resources that were otherwise unavailable and/or unknown to me. A few things I find most valuable are 1) weekly calls with asset class experts who provide office hours and help address questions or offer advice/feedback for people facing real-world scenarios in their ventures, 2) weekly mindset coaching calls, which before this community I knew very little about and have since delved into further on my own, and 3) mentorship from community members such as from small group assignments that help each other to be held accountable to consistent action items and also 1:1 connections that help grow your network in various asset classes. I've found the AAC community to be collaborative, supportive, and collectively aligned in that everyone is working to realize great audacious visions for their life that the typical W-2 career pathway does not support. This fosters conversations that are completely different than how they are when speaking to family or friends who are comfortable with the traditional pathways of work/life. Being surrounded by this has inspired me to expand my idea of what can be possible for myself. AAC has recently launched domestic workshops that will target specific topics and I attended a Capital Raising workshop which I found to be highly educational as well as actionable, with steps and resources that I can immediately utilize. As a disclaimer, I have not yet exited my W-2, or acquired a business or real estate. However, my purpose in joining the community was to learn as much as possible regarding options that are out there, to help me identify what I can adapt for myself and my future goals, and to connect with people working towards similar targets. For these reasons I’d highly recommend Action Academy to anyone looking to learn, connect with potential capital or business partners, and to be part of a community that holds you accountable in these ventures.

I’ve been in Action Academy for about 6 months now, and it has honestly been an awesome experience. The amount of value packed into the community is huge. I joined Action Academy after participating in another mastermind in 2023, and not renewing in 2024. The group was OK and we had some good results BUT it was missing something. I joined AAC back in Sept. 2025. I knew I wanted to buy a business but smart enough to know I needed support. I vetted several "masterclass" types but felt I would get lost in huge groups (even if they had major resources).
The first thing you need to know about AAC is that it's not just about rushing to acquire a business. It's about really understanding what your "Vivid Vision" for your life is. Second, once you're clear on that, you start to learn how to actually go through the process of buying a business. And lastly, and the most important piece to this (which is worth the money alone) are the connections. Whether you're looking to raise capital, connect with like-minded people or get a second pair of eyes on a deal you got on the hook....this piece right here is incomparable.
Since joining I've underwritten two huge deals that have been a massive learning experiences - helped me gain a lot of confidence. Along side those deals I have had a full support team behind me (looking at underwriting, sending me contacts, shark-tank style pitching, 1:1 coaching, capital raising decks, etc.). Before joining Action Academy, I knew I wanted financial and time freedom but had no clear definition of what that meant or how to achieve it. I spent nearly a decade trying different side hustles with little to show for it, just a strong sense that there was something bigger out there for me.
