The communication with customers needs to improve. It took an agent 2 days to get back with me regarding a replacement control panel that has stopped working in under a year. I still have not received and new one or an email stating that it has been shipped. If I had to do it all over again I would not buy this product from relaxtime. Update it was in April of 2026 I last posted and I still have not heard back regarding a replacement hot tub. The hot tub that I purchased with warranty has not been working since February 2026. If you do decide and risk wasting your money just know if it stops working they will not give you your money back or be able to help you fix it. If you get lucky and get them to send you a part it will be a refurbished one and it may or may not work or be of the same color of the hot tub you purchased. I'm only speaking about what I have experienced with this company. I was and am so disappointed I enjoyed it when it worked. Can't be mad at the sales people on tik tok promoted this bad product they are just trying to make some money.

We are so happy with our hottub! We got the 4-6 person one and there is plenty of room for our family of 4 to all stretch out and move around. The tub was delivered fast and installation was so easy. We filled it up at 4pm and when I checked it the next day at 11am it was already to the temp we'd set. It seems to hold heat very nicely as well, only going down 1° after being in it for 2 hours. I'm going to purchase the extra insulation cover for an additional layer of insulation, but it does come with a cover that straps down nicely as well.

It's a great spa! Cozy and perfect size for 4 people. Love the color too. Well made.

The tub is already losing air and its only been set up for a few days. Ive had one of your tubs before so I know to be very careful to ensure no punctures happen. Its set up on a pad I bought from you, I followed all the instructions, and still its leaking air. I know I need to call you to talk about a replacement under warranty but im dreading that because I know youll come up with every excuse to blame me for the leak instead of taking responsibility yourselves. I love the tub, and I loved the one I had before this even though it lasted less than a year. But yeah no, not that thrilled right now.

My products got delivered in a timely manner.

The hot tub cuts off every 20 minutes and doesn't allow for continuous use. You have to wait 10 minutes to start the bubbles again. Doesn't seem right and I have done all the recommended troubleshooting per the manual. I have called customer service multiple times only to be disconnected, unable to hear the technician who then promises to call me back, and never did. I give the Relxtime tub a 3 for this reason, and customer support a BIG FAT 0.

Got to use this hot tub 3 times before it stopped heating. Extremely disappointed. I will do everything I can to prevent others from buying your products

My order was damaged from your company and hasn't responded to my request for replacement. I spent $156 and still haven't received my entire order. No correspondence from the company. Also my credit card was processed in Hong Kong and the card company advised it fraud.?? I don't know yet.

The customer service is a 5 star. I had a problem when fedex lost my delivery. They sent a replacement right away. I will continue to do business with them because they care about their customers.

Hot tub is okay. Customer service is not so great. I ordered a second one. That one works well. Everything done by email. It's drawn out. Need a new hot tub. Still waiting for customer service to respond to email and get this resolved. Hot tub is great. Not sure how long it would last. You have to keep changing filters periodically every two weeks.

Delivery was quick and product was as described.

It’s a little hard to get ahold of someone in customer service, but once you do they do well. The chat bot from their website says it is passing you onto a “human team member “ but no one ever comes online. No one has answered phone calls either, during working hours as published on their website. So to get ahold of customer service you need to email them and they will email back in about 1-2 days during the US evening.

I reached out on the website for help and trouble shooting and never received any reply. My spa stopped working after three months despite following all of the manufacturers instructions. When I emailed for help I received no response other than an opportunity to leave a review. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. I was so pumped about the spa and it worked brilliantly for three months and then just STOPPED. I followed all of the troubleshooting videos on the website to no avail and then when I reached out for further help I got no response. I’m sans spa and pretty sad about it.

Well. I purchased the 6 man. And got to use it 3 times with in the month and the pump went out. Followed all instructions no harsh chemicals etc. Code HL came up. Troubleshooting everything and every way it says in the manual. Still no results. Called customer service can't understand but working through it. They said they will try to help but no results no part no help at all. Left bad review, and they called me, and said they can't help me unless I take the review down. Month later, I'm stuck with a pile of rubber that I paid over 6 hundred dollars for to sit in the corner empty now from stagnant water in it. Plus no contact back or follow ups. Nothing.

It was delivered faster and first thought easy to set up when using it. The temp only drops about 3° while running the Jets I stay in for about 15 minutes

Hot tub heater went out on its 4th use and before 30 days. 5 days ago I was told they were sending a new heater that “I” could install myself. Great service “nope”

Great little unit, responsive customer service

It has been 3 days and the spa has not got hotter than 98° F this is the second one I bought and had the same issues. Would not recommend to anyone.

Excellent experience from start to finish! The jacuzzi was delivered on time, well packaged, and in perfect condition. Setup was easy, and the quality exceeded my expectations. The jets are powerful, the temperature holds perfectly, and it’s incredibly relaxing. Truly feels like a spa at home. Highly recommend this product!
