Relux laan niet weten uit China te inporteren en het duurde erg lang voor dat mijn sneakers werden bezorgd. De kwaliteit is ver onder de maat en daardoor veel te duur en natuurlijk vielen ze kleiner uit! Ik heb zo mijn bedenkingen over dit bedrijf. Niets kopen daar!! Ik heb een retourformulier aangevraagd, mij benieuwen!

purchased a Louis Vuitton bag from your website because it was described as being 100% authentic (order number 1692)
After only a short period of normal use, I noticed that the inner lining of the bag started to tear, which is not what I would expect from an authentic Louis Vuitton product.
I contacted your customer service regarding this issue, but instead of addressing my concern, my complaint was dismissed. When I questioned the authenticity of the bag based on its condition, my messages were ignored altogether.
I am very disappointed with both the quality of the product and the way my complaint has been handled. Advertising an item as fully authentic when there are serious doubts about its authenticity is misleading, and ignoring customer concerns is unacceptable.

Purchased a Christopher Ross belt buckle. They charged my account and everything. A few days later, I got an email saying they canceled my order. When I reached out and asked why it was canceled. They were not very informative and told me it had been sold. When I told them I was the one who bought it, they said it had actually been sold a week prior on another platform but hadn't been removed from the actual website. Super disappointing and unprofessional, especially for high-dollar items. I would take your business elsewhere.

This website is a complete ripoff and a scam! The items are very poor quality and highly overpriced. To make matters worse, they did not send me the shoes I originally ordered, and shipping took an extremely long time. The customer service is also terrible. I highly recommend that you DO NOT PURCHASE anything from this site.

Terrible store to buy anything. I placed an order on the 5th of this month. After more than 5 days without receiving the tracking number of my order, I contacted customer support about it. Extremely arrogant, the only thing they knew how to repeat to me was that they had 15 days to deliver the order. 15 days passed well requested, not even the tracking number works since February 14. I got in touch again since they did not meet the delivery deadline to ask for the full refund, until today waiting for a response and the package . Terrible service, delivery service and more honestly it looks like a scam. I don't advise anyone to buy anything here.

Stay far away from this site. I spent over $2,500 on what was supposed to be a designer bag, only to have it fail authentication by a third party as soon as it arrived. When I confronted them with the proof, they started playing games, ignoring my emails, and then had the nerve to tell me they’d only refund me if I deleted my review! This place is unethical and sells high-priced fakes. I’ve already opened a dispute with PayPal. Save your money.

Its been 10 days since I have placed an order. No updates yet. Very disappointing.

I purchased what was advertised as a Louis Vuitton CarryAll Vibe MM Black from Relux Shop in March 2025 for $2,515.11 USD. Upon receipt, I had the item authenticated by LegitGrails, a trusted third-party service, and it was confirmed to be fake.

I contacted the seller immediately (April 10) with the full report and requested a refund along with a prepaid return label. The seller either ignored my emails or delayed responses with vague promises. At one point, they claimed I’d receive a return label “within 2–3 business days.” That never happened.

Instead of resolving the issue, they deflected responsibility, demanded I return the item at my own cost, and claimed they'd “inspect it internally” despite third-party evidence. This is unacceptable when the item was clearly misrepresented and counterfeit.

I’ve since escalated the case to PayPal Buyer Protection and reported the store to Shopify and relevant consumer bodies. If you’re considering a purchase from this shop, I strongly advise against it.

[Update on 20 April, 2025]
Reid Shop sent me the following message after I had informed him I had reported the case to PayPal disputes.
“You will get refund within next 72 hours if your review is deleted .
Thank you”

That response is both unethical and a violation of PayPal’s policies. They are attempting to bribe or coerce me into removing a factual review in exchange for a refund that you are rightfully owed.

This is a scam site. DO NOT USE! I made a purchase and never received order. Had to dispute on pay pal. This is an imitation of the real site. BEWARE!

I ordered Dior bag , My bag was absolutely beautiful and arrived as described. I’m happy with the quality of the item and will definitely trust Reluxshop in the future! only issue was with Canada Post which was not seller’s fault.

My first purchase from Relux was of Dior Bag . Shipping was almost 2 weeks to california. Finally received it and it was worth the wait. Just trackings need to be updated other than that experience was good.
